Pardon our mess!! We are under construction until May 19th! With the siding and decking being replaced the decks and balconies are not able to be used at this time. Parking is limited, but we are offering parking across the street with a parking pass should you need.

Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with a built in shower seat and hand rails.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, a microwave and a gas fireplace in the living room.
And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this unit! The extra window, the fireplace and the quality furnishings were appreciated. We were not able to use the balcony due to remodeling, but it was cool weather anyway. The kitchen is well stocked, but coffee filters would have been nice. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had a lot of nicer amenities than others! Tiled walk-in shower, nice fireplace and kitchen - with plenty of kitchen supplies, lovely doorwall view of the lake and also a window in the dining area to watch the drawbridge, which other condos in the middle of the building don't have the privilege! Very friendly and helpful staff! A few drawbacks to us were: There is a general smell of mold/perhaps water damage somewhere in the condo- kitchen/living rm area. The bedroom is consumed by an enormous bed and cramped to get around; also the mattress and bedding were uncomfortable and in need of updating. The bldg can be noisy with hearing people talking and walking around, as well as noise from vehicles going over the bridge. Overall, it IS a nice place and we would enjoy returning to visit again sometime!
