The walkable location and condo style layout are a big part of why so many guests choose this property, and it is great to know those pieces helped you have a great time. We are truly sorry about the issues you encountered with the in room jacuzzi, driveway, pool temperature, and comfort of the bed, pillows, and living room furniture. Your note about the leaking tub and the ill fitting plug is especially helpful and has been passed directly to maintenance so the drain can be properly repaired rather than patched. We are also reviewing driveway maintenance and pool settings so access and water temperature are more comfortable. Because each condo is individually owned, your comments about the mattress, pillows, and seating will be shared with the owner so they can consider softer bedding and furniture that is both attractive and truly comfortable.
