The place was great, stocked very well with towels/blankets and was easy walking distance to all the fun. Only downsides were BYO keurig cups (we left some for the next guests) and the sirens at night (a function of being near the highway and nothing a noise machine couldn’t overcome). Great place and will book again on our next trip to Music City

Great little spot in Nashville

This cozy apartment was just right as a home base for our trip to Nashville. Checkin was easy. Although make sure your Uber driver takes you about 2/3 of the way up the block and doesn’t drop you at the Homewood Suites hotel at the corner. We were just a bit confused for a moment until we figured out we weren’t in the right spot Thanks for a great stay! .

The apartment is as pictures show. Clean and ready for us when we arrived. It is small but perfect foenthw two of us. Walking distance to broadway and printers alley. I would definitely rent this again!!!

This apartment was a perfect jumping off spot to enjoy all of the activities and fun Nashville offers. It was walking distance (only a couple blocks!) to our concert at the Ryman, game at Bridgestone Arena, and visits to the local country music related museums, in addition to the wild scene at the honky tonk bars of Broadway and numerous delicious restaurants. The apartment was clean, offered all the basic amenities (Keurig and coffee was clutch!) and the manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

Cozy studio in the heart of town.

This home was located in the grand center of just about everything you could ask for when visiting Nashville. Decently priced parking nearby, with multiple options as parking garage or metered. The food places, bars, and concert venues are all within walking distance. Went from this home to the Ryman Auditorium to see Tove Lo and Slayyyter on the Dirt Femme Tour. Extremely close to a pizza place that is open until 5:00 a.m., properly named "Till Five", with some of the best pizza and wings I ever had in my life. (And I eat a lot of pizza.) Afterwards, went bar hopping with my friend. Everything I needed was in this home and more! Couldn't have asked for a better accommodation in the middle of the action. Best option for anyone attending a concert at Ryman!

Filthy and poorly maintained.

The floors were sticky. The shower was filled with mildew. It also had hair on the floor. The paint is peeling off the bathroom wall. The closet door has quantities of dust & cobwebs. The living room smoke detector was nonfunctional, taken down off the ceiling, and hidden in a drawer. We found used tissue on the ottoman. A kitchen ceiling light was left burnt out. The cable tv was disconnected. There were laminated notes in the apartment telling us how we should be taking care of it. However, these basic safety, maintenance, and cleaning things were not done for our stay. We had difficulty getting answers to our question about getting into the building. So, we didn’t want to waste our vacation time trying to get them to fix these problems.
