Relax on your own private dock with unlimited access to Jackson Creek and expansive views of the Chesapeake Bay. Deltaville is a perfect, quiet, small town where there are more sailboats than actual people.

Take your kayak for your own private excursion to the sand bar or drop your line in from your own private dock.

If you are looking for a relaxing get away Rivah Breeze is the perfect retreat.
The space
This four bedroom, two and a half bath home has been completely renovated and decorated beautifully.

The kitchen is well equipped with full appliances, a crock pot, blender, keurig and regular coffee machine. The master with beautiful views has a king size bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed.

On the porch you will find a queen pull out sofa. Downstairs you will find a second family room with queen size pull out and full bedding. The third bedroom has two twin beds, and the fourth bedroom is a twin/twin trundle.

You will have everything you need to make your vacation an escape from it all.

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. The house is amazing. The owners have put a lot of thought into every aspect of the home and making it comfortable for guests. The house was very clean and perfect for our getaway. The decor was so nice and comfy. We will definitely be back. Great location and we enjoyed floating on the river!

Wonderful river home

We had a really nice long weekend here. The property was easy to access from the water (we brought our boat) and the road. The house is so well stocked with pretty much anything you need, and is very clean and cozy. The owners were very responsive to communication and even offered up a rainy day option for us. Overall a fantastic stay!

Girls Weekend

This is our second time staying at this adorable home away from home! Everything is very clean, decor is amazing, and the owners provide you with lots of extras. The perfect weekend getaway! We enjoy floating on our rafts right off the dock and hanging out by the fire pit at night. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I have loved this hidden gem of the Chesapeake Bay. We have enjoyed renovating and decorating this property for our guests. We have made this a family project as our 5 small children all had a role in helping get this vacation rental ready for guests.
We have lived in the Hampton Roads area of VA for the past 20 years and have really come to love the small private town of Deltaville VA.

Why they chose this property

If you are looking for a private place to get a way from it all this is the place for you. Jackson Creek is a highly sought after connection right off the Chesapeake Bay.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy the privacy our home will bring you off a secluded road. Our home is one of 3 on a bay-view point with expansive views of the Chesapeake Bay. Feel free to bring your boat with you and tie up for the week! We have 3-4ft of water at low tide.

Enjoy the use of our 2 adult and 4 kids Kayaks and check out the sandbar 10 minutes from the dock!

Our street is right in the home of Deltaville. You will be minutes from all the local marinas, yacht club and even an ole time ball park that is home to the Deltaville Deltas.

Find everything you need at the local grocery store, grab a pizza at Delta Pi or plan for some fine Dining at the Table- one of the best restaurants you will ever eat at!

Play a round of golf at the Piankatank Golf course only 15 minutes away.

We are less than an hour away away from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg or you can check out Irvington, Kilmarnock, Mathews, Gloucester or Urbana.

Enjoy this home as you explore the beauty of the area and come back to a peaceful river escape.
