Paradise Found - Oregon Beach Vacations

Paradise Found is a stunning three bedroom, two bath home located in Neskowin North, in a private beachfront gated community.

Paradise Found is a bright, spacious, recently updated home with jaw-dropping ocean views.

This open-concept home offers a gourmet kitchen and nice dining area for family meals. The kitchen has everything you need including a thirty bottle wine cooler and a kitchen island with four bar stools.

The living room has floor to ceiling windows that bring the beach right inside. Tear yourself away from the view and enjoy a movie on the flatscreen TV or warm your toes by the wood fireplace. You'll find access to the decks from here as well.

The main floor primary bedroom has a king bed and TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the den has an additional queen bed, games, books, and a TV.

Upstairs you will find the third bedroom with two twin beds that can be combined into a king bed, and a play area.

This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them.

Maximum Occupancy for this property, including adults, children and infants is 8
Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors.

Double car garage. Parks 4 cars. Bicycles are provided for guest use.

Security Device: This home has a ring camera facing the driveway and front porch.

Place was very nice and clean. It would be nice to have a TV in the front bedroom closest to kitchen. Another thing that would be nice is a fan. My whole family likes white noise when we sleep so a fan would have been great.

Great house, beautiful view

We have stayed here before and love the home. Great outdoor space, comfy beds, beautiful view. Only complaint would be the supply of paper products. We ended up having to buy toilet paper and paper towels. Also, no foil or big ziplocks. Not a huge deal, just an annoyance. Plan to stay here again!

Perfect beach house for young kids

This is an amazing property. The views are hard to beat, the kitchen is well appointed, the house was completely updated in the last 5 years. Very comfortable beds, furniture and heating/cooling system. We would book again.

Fantastic Family Reunion

My wife and I had never been to the Oregon Coast and were visiting her mother and niece for the first time in 20 years. The property was a great place for all of us to reconnect and enjoy the beauty of the coast. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend. The property is nestled in a gated community down a narrow street with a speed limit of 5 MPH. It's a perfect place for life to slow down. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. We would love to stay here again!

Last minute cancellation

I would not recommend this property. The host texted and emailed us on our way to the house cancelling our reservation. They said that VRBO had concerns about our reservation. When I called VRBO they had no idea and submitted a report for the lack of reason. We were unable to reserve another house since it was a holiday weekend which ruined our trip.

Perfect hideaway!

The house is beautiful and beach is nice and quiet. We were a bit bummed there were boards blocking some of the view from the windows but manager was very responsive in answering why they are in place and it makes sense. We had one other small issue that manager had a tech out within a few hours and fixed. Kitchen is stocked so thoughtfully. We will be back!

Lots of space; far from old Neskowin

The property has lots of space for two couples to spread out- but it sits on a lot on the farthest spot North of old Neskowin. Well appointed kitchen. Even though a family could utilize the loft for sleeping space; beware of circular stairs and no bathroom upstairs. Spectacular views of ocean.

Oregon Stay

It was so relaxing, and the views are incredible. Our host provided soaps, etc. for the household. Only issue was the washing machine hasn't been cleaned or aired out in a while. Very funky. and the vacuum is pretty rough. all in all a really nice comfortable stay. I would love to come back next year. The fees for the rental are pretty high as well.

Beautiful weekend!

Overall a great stay. I saw people mention that the beach access wasn’t directly out the back door, there is a reason that rock barrier is there - to prevent storm surges and flooding. It’s a few minute walk. The garage has ample beach toys for kids to include bikes. Nice bikes. Super quiet neighborhood. Takes a while to drive through the neighborhoods leading up to the house and need to drive slow. But very well worth it. House is fully stocked. Not a fan of the 10am checkout but knew what I signed up for. Make sure to bring what you need - groceries and laundry soap. Everything else is there. I say this because the little store in Neskowin is limited and expensive. Lincoln city isn’t too far but on the weekends, lots of traffic. The restaurant looked amazing but only stopped for a drink. But food looked amazing. Overall, it is a beautiful place. You’ll enjoy watching the ocean from inside and outside. 💕

Secluded beach requires a short walk away from the house

Everything about our stay was amazing, except the fact that we expected beach access from the back porch, based on the photo of the back porch in the listing. When I did the search I checked “Beachfront” and though this home fits the description of beachfront, back door access to the beach was an assumption on my part. If fact, access to the beach requires a short walk away from the home and in the opposite direction of the beach to the public access walkway two houses down the road. I hope this is added to the property description so future potential guests don’t make the incorrect assumption we did. That said, the back porch with sand surrounding it gives you the FEELING OF BEING RIGHT ON THE BEACH! We were able to enjoy and appreciate the sound of the waves crashing on the beach from the back porch because they were so close! The rooms were comfortable and kitchen was very well-stocked with kitchen tools and appliances so we had everything we needed to prepare food and drinks during our stay. The one minor issue we had was resolved in a relatively timely manner. Communication with the property managers and homeowner was exceptional, as well.

Thanksgiving

Overall, the house and location were wonderful. The issue was with communication. When we arrived there was no internet and the alarm kept beeping. When we reached out to the property management company via the app, we got no response. We spent nearly our entire vacation (over Thanksgiving) going back and forth with the property management trying to get the internet fixed, trying to work out some type of compensation for the internet issue, etc. and would be told that we'd receive a call back, but would never get a call. We are a month out of our stay and we still have not received any type of refund for the lack of internet - we keep being told it's "being processed" and if we don't call, we get no information. The house was also poorly stocked for 8 people over a holiday weekend - only 4 rolls of toilet paper and 3 dishwasher pods. No counter spray or anything. The house was dreamy, the view was beautiful, but we have a sour taste in our mouth having had such a nightmare experience with property management (Oregon Beach Vacations).

Can't Beat the View

Neskowin is a beautiful, quiet beach. There will be times when you are the only one on the sand. There is one store/deli, and a restaurant in the neighborhood. If you are looking for eateries/shopping you will be driving to Pacific City or Lincoln City. The house is in a nice neighborhood. It is quiet and secure. This property has a nice layout for two families because two bedrooms and a bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the house. Three couples would also be great for this property. The kitchen is spacious and is the best equipped I have ever experienced. We cooked every day. There is strong wifi, TV's, games, firewood, and a barbecue. This house is on the sand HOWEVER you cannot go from the house out to the water. There is a large rock retaining wall between the house and the beach. I did not know this from looking at the pictures that are listed. In fact, we rented the property and paid a premium price ($3,000 total for three nights) because I thought is was a walk out to the beach from the back deck situation. So that was disappointing. This is not mentioned in the details of the property. There is beach access if you walk a few houses down and around some sand dunes. It is fine but a bit of a haul if you have a lot of stuff to carry. Overall, we had a great time and we would come to Neskowin.

My family and I just needed a weekend getaway, saw this house and took a chance. Boy did we hit a home run. This house is perfect for the quiet weekend or small family get together. The beach is amazing, access is super easy and private! All the appliances are new and in great condition. The house is supplied with anything you could need from firewood fie the fireplace to wine openers and sand toys! The property manager Peggy was a delight to deal with and the process of checking in and out were seamless. Can't wait to stay again!

The reservation and check in process were easy. Peggy was proactive and gave us lots of good tips on things to do and places to eat.
