Great location, beautiful home

This property was a good fit for my families needs. It was in a great neighborhood walking distance to restaurant (Rustic Goat), parks and the coastal trail. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. I didn’t find the stairs to be an issue for my toddler, especially since the stairs to the basement had a baby gate. There are laundry machines, blow dryers, sheets/comforters, towels, simple toiletries like shampoo etc. The backyard is large (perfect for kids to run around) and well mowed. The owners were responsive and helpful. Note that there are 2 beds, 1 air mattress, and 1 sleepable couch (and 1 crib) so really only sleeps 6 adults max.

Pros: - Neighborhood is great for walking with close access to Rustic Goa, Lynary Park - Host accommodated a long term stay on short notice - All linens and towels were clean, but 3xopit 5 - Cons: - Basement had some toys for young children, but the stairs were dangerous for kiddos and adults to go uo and down as carpet isnt affixed properly to steep stairway (same as stairway leading up to bedroom)..no other family friendly activities available on site (no games, books, dvds, etc...) - No fire pit available in yard (as listed) - Wood stove was not available to use as advertised in listing - Basic kitchen utensils lacking for a chef's kirchen; for example: no wine opener*. * contacted host and she said she co - aclothes fh
