About the host
Hosted by Patrick Thornton
Hi! I'm Patrick. I purchased 1010 in 2020 from an original owner in the historic Tamarisk West development. Over the past two years, I have renovated and restored the property into a magical escape that is filled with art, and modern luxuries but doesn't lose the iconic midcentury feel. I spend my time between 1010 and San Fransisco with my partner and dog Carlos. I love creating spaces for people to enjoy and 1010 is a shining example of my passion for both design and history.
Why they chose this property
My goal with 1010 was to design a relaxing escape that was both luxurious and casual. where you could shut off or welcome friends and family.
What makes this property unique
I can offer a Mini Cooper Countryman for an additional fee.
