The Oasis Mid-Century Home

Welcome to The Oasis! A fully-restored Mid-Century located at Magnesia Falls Cove in the heart of Rancho Mirage.

The Space:

With an open floor plan, The Oasis provides indoor/outdoor living: relax by the swimming pool, lounge by the firepit, enjoy music from the vintage record player, ride bikes around the neighborhood, cook a gourmet meal in the fully-stocked kitchen.

This home sleeps up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms (3 queens) and 2 full bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms have sliding doors for an indoor/outdoor experience with 2 of the bedrooms and the living room having direct access to the pool. The living room has an open floor plan with the dining area and kitchen. It also has four large glass panels with clear story windows overlooking the pool and private outdoor living space.

Other Things to Note:

The Living Room and all 3 bedrooms have flat-screen Smart TVs (Roku - bring your own logins!).

Private Swimming Pool - Pool heating will be based on request only. There is an additional cost for heating of the pool. It is $50 per requested day. This is standard for desert rentals.

One small dog under 20 pounds is allowed for an additional pet fee of $150.

Guest safety is our top priority. We include 24+ hours between bookings and disinfecting practices before and after guest stays. Please note: The city of Rancho Mirage only allows long term stays of 28 nights minimum.

Oasis in Rancho Mirage

The house was as pictured. Emily, the owner, was very easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Location was perfect for exploring the area. We had great weather during our stay and look forward to coming back someday.

Great month in Rancho Mirage

Emily is a great host who quickly responded to my questions and took care of everything we needed for our stay. The house is well furnished and beautifully maintained. The location is convenient to everything and a great starting place for long walks and bike rides. We loved the floor to ceiling windows in every room as the views are beautiful!

Perfect cozy home in the Magnesia Falls Neighborhood

We throughly enjoyed this rental in Rancho Mirage. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and fun to walk around and a nice location for restaurants and food shopping. It was also just a few minutes drive to El Paseo. This was our first time doing an extended stay in the Palm Springs area (one month) and this house fulfilled all our needs. It was super clean and thoughtfully well stocked. Our host, Emily, provided well written, detailed notes for the stay and was quick to respond ti any questions we had. It has a backyard that is beautiful and a perfect place to relax after hiking or golfing. We loved our stay and would recommend this rental for a couple or a small group/family.

Define excellence. Just go to Emily’s home in South Rancho Mirage and you will understand. Tasteful perfect interior design. Great room wrapped in floor to ceiling windows looking out to the stunning backyard, modern pool and entertaining area. Kitchen is fully ready to go for any kind of cooking. We brought our own knives but didn’t even need them. If you can get a reservation here you are lucky.
