The Palm House is a stylish mid-century modern home with a prime location in Rancho Mirage, only a short walk to the pleasures provided by the prestigious outdoor mall, The River. Inside, you’ll be enveloped in stylish décor and modern furnishings, and outside, you’ll be treated to breathtaking mountain views silhouetted by plentiful palm trees as you lounge around the private saltwater pool or in the spa.

As you take your first steps into The Palm House, you’re invited into the Great Room, which is perfectly designed for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The fully furnished open kitchen has its own breakfast bar, so you can retain an intimate atmosphere with company while you prepare drinks or a quick meal. With one sweeping motion, the walls of glass slide away to welcome you into your desert oasis. 1,214 sqft.

Enjoy a meal under the blanket of stars, take a dip in the crystal clear saltwater swimming pool, or wind down with a bottle of bubbly in the bubbling spa, while being treated to the sounds and skies of the desert.

The primary bedroom has an HDTV, King sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and convenient access to the spa and pool. The guest bedrooms are furnished with their own flat-screen televisions and share the hall bathroom.

Nestled in the heart of the Coachella Valley, Rancho Mirage is the golf connoisseur’s playground. You’ll find yourself just a short distance from such prestigious courses as PGA West, Mission Hills and Desert Willow. Rest assured, whether you’re a golfer, a tennis player, a shopper, a foodie, or just looking to get away, everything you desire is right here!

Refundable Utility Deposit
The total rent includes a Utility Deposit of $1,000 refundable per month.
The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00.

Per Rancho Mirage Vacation Rental Ordinance the maximum overnight occupancy allowed is 2 people per bedroom (The number of children 6 years or younger shall not exceed one-half of the permitted total number of occupants).

COACHELLA AND STAGECOACH FESTIVALS: This home is less than a 30 minute drive to the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio.

Lovely property

Loved the property. We stayed for 5 weeks and hated to leave. A vacuum would have helped as the floors were dusty.

Perfect Family Getaway

I booked this house for family to celebrate my birthday and it was the perfect staycation destination. The house was super clean and we appreciated the extra precautions with COVID, like the seal on the toilets and the addition of hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes. There were also tons of kitchen supplies which made cooking a breeze and if we needed anything, the store was a short distance away. Lastly, we absolute loved the pool and spent most of our days and nights there. The palm trees provide the perfect amount of shade during the day and it was even more beautiful in the evening with the lights. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Unfortunate events

Very clean and stocked next to a lot of places. Location is amazing. Unfortunately we are Canadian and came at the wrong time. I called to cancel based on the virus, but no refund. Chose to show up anyhow. Then had to leave early. They did take care of 2 of the 4 days that we were gone. Definitely hoped for 4 days, but what can you do. I would stay again, just hoped for a full refund as no one else came to help pay for anything. Learning lesson. Who knew we would be in this situation. Guess I’ll no longer book months in advance lol.

Golf, tennis, orange theory, hiking, spin, movies, driving range, hiking, biking, el paseo, gobs of restaurants and only 15 minutes from Palm Springs - all good Only negative was the creepy crackle snap pop roof that sounds like animals on the roof

Beautiful Home.. Great Get Away!

Very nice house with beautiful backyard. Some maintenance issues including some pool tiles that had fallen off and were at the bottom of the pool. No trash bags and overflowing outside trash cans upon arrival. No oven mitts and few pans/frying pans. Otherwise it was clean and a wonderful spot for my family to enjoy a few days away.

Mid Century Masterpiece

My partner and I spent a week in this lovely home and couldn't have been more pleased. The house has been beautifully renovated and decorated and was fully stocked with everything. The back yard and pool area were breathtaking with the mature palm trees, large heated pool, hot tub, landscape lighting and complete privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located right off 111 for quick trips between Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs. The only thing the house could use is an outdoor fire pit for those chilly evenings, but the gas fireplace inside certainly was a nice touch. All together, we were thoroughly happy with our stay and would certainly come back!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and want to go back!

I don't write a lot of reviews but this place deserves my efforts! We had a fabulous stay at Rancho Mirage in this SUPER clean, well stocked, well furnished home. It's the nicest vacation home I have ever stayed in, one of those that makes you just go "Ahhhh..." when you walk in the door. The air conditioner worked well, the pool was clean and refreshing, open and airy layout with comfortable color schemes, well thought out supply of toiletries/pool toys/kitchen gadgets. All the bedding, carpets, furnishing looked brand new. I settled right in and barely wanted to leave the house although there are lots of great places to eat and shop nearby. We had 2 kids with us who just LOVED it as well. We will be back!
