The 1400 sq ft main home features a brand new, luxuriously spacious master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and modern ensuite bath, a freshly renovated kitchen with a dining area to delight any culinarian, and two additional bedrooms with an updated shared bath. The generous fenced back yard boasts raised garden beds loaded with seasonal produce, a large stone patio with a table comfortable for 6, a small deck with a bistro table off the kitchen, and a tasteful raised faux-grass yard. Add to all that a detached 350 sq ft light-filled studio with comfortable dining table seating 8, and you’ve got plenty of room to relax, gather, work or play. There is parking for two cars inside the gated driveway, a Tesla charger to keep your EV trip-ready, and more off-road parking available in front of the home.

Arrive at La Cachette through a lovely stone front courtyard, taking in the French blue and white cottage with its red tile roof. Enter the home to a charming living area with large screen TV, comfortable seating, and a view on the right into the long, light-filled kitchen with its rustic French blue tiles, beefy white countertops, sleek new finishes balanced by a quaint French country farm table. In the kitchen, you’ll find generous counter space, storage, and all the tools you need to create unforgettable meals based on the area’s natural bounty.

Just outside the kitchen is a small deck with a bistro table for 2 to enjoy morning coffee and pastry from one of several first-class bakeries in town. At the back of the kitchen is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer units. Through the kitchen is the newly added private master suite with a king bed, generous dresser and closet storage, double sinks with lighted medicine cabinets, and a soaking tub with shower. At the front corner of the house is another large bedroom with a modern 4-poster queen bed and desk. Next is a smaller bedroom with another queen bed, next to an updated bath with colorful French country double ceramic sinks and a tub shower.
