Make yourself at home in this two bed, two bath home in the heart of North Fork Wine Country! One bedroom has a queen bed with walk-in closet and sliding glass doors that lead to the deck in the quiet and private backyard. The second bedroom has a full size bed. The living room is equipped with a queen size pull out couch. Plenty of room for up to six people! There are two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The backyard has a deck with lounge chairs, patio table and chairs, grill and bar. There is also a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows. Enjoy a game of cornhole on the property! There is plenty of outdoor seating including Adirondack chairs for around the fire. The home is conveniently located within walking distance to Kenney’s Beach. Included with the rental are beach chairs, floats and a beach wagon. There are several vineyards within walking distance as well.
Enjoy a short trip to Greenport for shopping and dining along the harbor side. This property is easily accessible to Shelter Island.
This home has a lot to offer you for a lovely vacation.

If you would like a beach pass there will an additional $40 fee. A license plate number and name on registration is required.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s in a great location - 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to the many surrounding wineries/breweries. The home is located in a pretty and quite neighborhood. It’s a great spot for a weekend getaway with a small group of family and/or friends.

Perfect Long Island Getaway!

Tom’s property is Long Island perfection; close to everything! The beach, vineyards, breweries, Greenport Harbor, farms, restaurants etc. Everything was a short 5-10 minute drive. The house was exactly as pictured with a fantastic porch and backyard for the kids and adults to enjoy. Tom was so nice and offered suggestions of places to visit and helped with questions along the way. Absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to go back some day!
