Our spectacular home was recently remodeled and redecorated, with an eye to creating a casual seaside atmosphere. Located in the exclusive section of The Point where the Gulf of Mexico meets the Bay, this is one of the few homes privileged to have the pristine sand beaches of the Gulf in the backyard and the crystal blue waters of the Bay in the front yard.

Perfect for any occasion, this extra-special, two story beach house boasts 7 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 kitchens, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, and breathtaking views of the Gulf and Bay from every room.

Our 4800sf home lays out as follows:
Upstairs:

Master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and private door to the Gulf Porch with .unimaginable gulf frontage, Fall asleep listening the the waves lapping on the beach.

In addition to the Master Bedroom, the upstairs has 3 other bedrooms - all with king beds. There is a large bathroom to accommodate these suites.

Living room has three large sofas and a large flat screen TV. Complimented with nautical theme decorations, mosaic glass tile fireplace, sea glass, Despite the upscale quality of the furnishings and artwork - our home has conquered the challenge of retaining the coveted 'beach house' feel. Very inviting, casual and extremely comfortable.

The dining room is comprised of a 10' heart pine table and 12chairs. The kitchen bar seats 10. As most meals are served family style, on the Gulf Porch, there are tables and chairs, which seats 16 comfortably.

The kitchen has all brand new appliances and cabinetry, pots and pans of every dimension, crab/lobster pots, roasting pans, poultry racks, crock pots, blenders, and every hand tool known to man.

The laundry room features 2 washers and 2 dryers

On the Bay side of the house, we have a large covered porch with patio furniture and a high end propane grill.

The Gulf Porch is massive with plenty of patio furniture. This porch is everyone's favorite place to hang out.

Schools of dolphin swim by at least twice per day - and occasionally you will find them swimming in the bay.

We achieved our goal of creating the 'feel' of the downstairs to be ''ole Florida rambling beach house'. It has 3 bedrooms/1 bath, a morning kitchen, and a living room . It lays out as follows....

The first bedroom has a queen bed.
The second bedroom and 1 set of queen size bunk beds
The third bedroom has 1 set of single bunk beds

The downstairs is beach level :) Designed so that beach-goers can come in and out with ease. The floors are beach proof! (no sand or water worries). Downstairs living room has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The downstairs dining room seats 6 around the table and 4 at the kitchen counter.

There is a morning kitchen downstairs, with a fridge/ice maker, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, etc.

You can walk right in from the pool or beach grab a beverage, make a cocktail or sandwich, go to the bathroom--- all without going upstairs.

There is yet another covered porch downstairs, with a teak table that seats at least 10, and a covered sand play area - which is great for when the kids have had too much sun.

What key features make our beach house stand out among the others??????

Elevator - I learned this lesson when I rented my first beach house. I spent hours lugging suitcases, groceries, coolers, baggage, parents and kids up 2 flights of stairs! With an elevator, just load 'em all in the elevator and press UP!

Boardwalk to Beach - many beach houses just have a beaten path over the dunes, which can be difficult. We have a wide boardwalk directly to the sand - keeping bare feet safe all the way to the beach.

Covered Porches - Expansive covered porches on both watersides of our home are an absolute necessity for a comfortable reprise from the sun.

All seven bedrooms and both living rooms have flat screen TV's. There is high speed internet and the wi-fi works all the way to the beach.

Beach towels, hair dryers in each bathroom, household/laundry products included.

Please know when you are renting one of my homes you don’t have the extra costs or aggravation of renting beach chairs, chaise lounges, umbrellas, beach/pool towels, beach toys, etc.

Our homes all come completely stocked, which saves you time, money, aggravation and suitcase space,,,,,, items such as: shampoo, body wash, laundry products, paper towels, paper products, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baggies, garbage bags, cleaning products, every spice you could imagine, olive oil, coffee, etc. etc. etc. All you really need to do is, bring your luggage and groceries and alllll the rest is already there.
