The house was perfect for our family, especially my mom who has trouble walking. The elevator worked perfectly, the boardwalk was short and close to the ocean. She and my dad loved sitting on the deck and watching us all on the beach. Communication was great, including updates on the tropical storm. We would definitely recommend this rental. We hope to stay again!

This beach house made our week vacation a breeze! They have thought of everything to make your stay easier and most pleasant. The elevator was such a bonus! The house was very clean and stocked to the max. There are beach towels, chairs and tons of beach toys to use. The host was incredibly nice and responsive. We were already planning our stay for the next year!

Beautiful house with awesome views of the gulf and the bay from all rooms. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Location is very relaxing. I can't wait to go back.

What a great location and stay for those wanting to really focus on getting together and staying put! 4 families in one location with plenty of room, access to baths and a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, pans and utensils. They had beach towels, beach chairs, hammock and lots of outdoor seating. Lisa was very responsive and helpful. The beach was peaceful and fun. Lots of wildlife, birds and bottle nose dolphin. Overall a great stay. My hat is of to the quality of the location and how the team accommodates guests.

Exactly as described - perfect for our large family! Kids stayed in separate 3BR lodging under the house- that was connected by elevator - but it seemed the adults had their own vacation away from kids which was fantastic! The beach was very private, many times it felt like we were on our own private island. Boardwalk was great for the short walk to the beach. Pool was very nice and kids enjoyed it. House had everything we needed-it was super nice to have all the necessities provided for us- pool/beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, beach chairs, umbrella & beach toys! It had all the pots, pans & utensils we needed including enough crab crackers and picks for everyone! Just note is the closest Walmart & Publix is 40 minutes away - so get what you need or you will spend time in the road instead of on the beach.

Great location for a family getaway

We had a great time at this property and enjoyed the layout of the house. The outdoor space was very nice and very child friendly with locking gates around the property.

Family vacation spot for the win!

My entire family was able to come to one place and relax together. What a great spot for some family time. The host was amazing, we had an AC go out on Sunday(day two) and she had a tech out to fix it within a few hours. Very happy with this week, with my family, in this house.

Perfect AGP House

We loved the house! Perfect for a large family. The owners have though of everything from pool floats to beach chairs to a crock pot! The pool is an added bonus and the close walk to the Tiki Hut makes for a fun afternoon. Loved our stay.

Family Fun

We loved that the beach was private and quiet and just a few steps from the house! It was great that all the basic items were supplied so we didn’t need to do a ton of shopping. Everyone enjoyed their week in the sun.

Our family had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone to be alone when they needed it, but absolutely plenty of space to come together. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots/pans/utensils needed. The house is right on the water with convenient access. The front yard was perfect for our dog. The beach amenities were great. Contact with the host was quick and easy. We loved it and would love to come back.

Everything you need!

Great property with all the amenities you need. Just bring food! Secluded location, beautiful ocean and beach just steps away from the door. Property manager was very responsive throughout the stay.

Excellent Experience

The house has plenty of space, the deck on the Gulf side was great for relaxing and watching Dolphin activities, weather was excellent enough for us to use the pool, found many shells during low tide walks, also spotted a sting ray not far off the shoreline swimming. We had an excellent time while staying here. Very enjoyable experience!

This house is absolutely beautiful Very clean and spacious, we had 9 adults and 7 children ages 10 to 3 days old. We never felt on top of each other and had plenty of room. The pool was a huge hit with our family and very clean as well! Definitely will come back again! Thank you lisa for being available anytime we had questions.

Great House and Great Host!

We had a large family gathering with intermittent friend visits and Linda & Lisa really went out of their way to make us all feel as if we were their own family. They were very responsive, accommodating and generous. Thank you for a great, memorable time!
