Cozy & Modern Home Close to Uptown & Airport

This is a brand new construction home that sleeps a total of 8 guests.

Our home is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. You’ll find a fully stacked kitchen, a spacious living area,
3 amazing spaces to lay your head. 2 twin xl beds, 1 queen bed and 1 king bed awaits you for your stay. Each room has a smart TV so you can enjoy whatever it may be that your heart desires.

The house has 2 full baths- one off the hallway and one off the master bedroom. master equipped with a shower and double vanity the other equipped with shower/ tub combo If soaking in a bubble bath is your thing. We also added the luxury of providing key essentials during your trip to help make things easier.

In the yard we have a outdoor dining set and a fire pit surrounded with string led lights built for making memories and a gas grill to help fill your appetite.

Our home comes with a W/D to help make checking out easy breezy and washing any garments that may need extra TLC during your trip.

So let us welcome you to your home away from home...Enjoy!

Parking: The driveway on the front of the house provides plenty of space for two vehicles.
Street parking is also available.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. 

You will have access to this beautifully decorated home at your leisure. However, we do have a closet in the master bathroom that acts as our owner's closet to provide you with the hospitality you aim to receive during your stay with us.

Pet fee is $25/night, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.

No smoking in the home or on premise. We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation.

NO parties allowed on the premise. If you are in violation of this, you will be asked to leave the property, and pay a $1000 fine for the violation. We don't want to see blue lights as much you don't want to.... just don't do it!!

$25 penalty for losing remote

*Fire wood for the fire pit is not provided.
The propane tank for the gas grill is provided.

Outdoor cameras on site overlooking house entrance and backyard entrance.

Quiet Hours: Charlotte has a 11pm noise ordinance that begins at that time. We love our neighborhood and community... we still want to be invited to things-- don't ruin it for us. Please be respectful of working neighbors with noise, language, music, pets, and children.

The home itself was immaculate however the noise from gunshots was very concerning . It sounded like it was in our backyard so it wasn’t a restful vacation more like a neighborhood seen from Born and Raised in Compton.

I was disappointed with the location. I didn't feel safe with leaving things in my vehicle. The furniture in the living room was the most uncomfortable furniture. The house was drafty, I could feel cool air no matter how high I raised the temperature gauge. I was very greatful there were no bed bugs. I was asked to give 5 stars, but that's not 5 star accommodations. Thank you.

Very very good place to stay. The area that we was in was a little crazy but it was still good. The people next door to us was very nice and respectfully. The house and everything in was very nice and I will be staying there again.

The location seems to be an issue but we had absolutely no issues with the neighborhood. It was quiet and nobody bothered us. The house was clean. A little issue with one of the bathrooms. Nothing too crazy enough to complain.

Cozy House!

Check in was super easy. Attended a college game at the Bank of America Stadium. The location was convenient to the stadium, plenty of stores and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was great and we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks!!

I want to go back!

The property was absolutely adorable! We were in Charlotte for my Commencement ceremony, and the house was perfect for my family. It was close to the city, yet let us escape the downtown crowds and hotels. We loved the ability to cook our own food - and loved the access to the gas grill. We talked about returning to Charlotte -- and I would absolutely stay here again!

Scary neighborhood. Loud music all night, train tracks near by and we heard gun shots each night.

Inside the house is very nice, but the neighborhood is very scary and we felt extremely unsafe the entire time. We travel a lot for business and stay in a lot of homes with VRBO. We always leave good reviews, but people need to know what they are getting into with this one before they go.

Good location for Carowinds and raceway

Neighborhood a bit sketchy at first but was quiet (train nearby but no problem for us). Had extra items very helpful for short term renters-paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters and coffee, dish soap, shampoo and bath soap dispensers, trash bags, and laundry detergent. We brought some too, use a little and leave a little. Beds comfortable, linens and towels provided. Living room couch about ready for replacement though, you can feel every spring. Shopping very close by.

Surprisingly roomy

We had a wonderful weekend here! The renovations and upgrades to the house were well done. We found it to be roomy, clean, and comfortable for family of 5. Spacious kitchen, outfitted with all the essentials. All of us are over 6' tall and the showers were perfect. The bathrooms were clean and well appointed. Two cars fit in the driveway and there was room on the street for 2 more. The houses nearby appear to be upgrading, and we felt safe in the area. Very convenient to highways, close to grocery stores, Walmart, and the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

First and foremost, I was comforted by the excellent, responsive communication that the host provided on a daily basis with me. If there was something that I wanted to make my stay more special, the request was filled by the next day. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy overall with ample supplies. I gave a four star on cleanliness only because I found a weird object in the garbage disposal and pointed out a few things I'm assuming got inadvertently unnoticed by the cleaning crew. When I mentioned this to the host, Nate, he graciously acknowledged it right away, thanked me for pointing it out, and would be taken care of by his cleaning crew.I also felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. That was very important for me, being alone with my little dog.The only reason I gave a four star in location and neighborhood was that it's about a block away from train tracks, and the whistling of passing trains every night disturbed my sleep sometimes.Since it was just myself and my companion dog, I can only imagine that the space was good for Family as it is a three-bedroom home with two full bathrooms with a lovely kitchen and nice open space for dining and living room. The master bed was exceptionally comfortable, where I experienced no pain at all in my hip and leg, giving me restful sleep every night. That was very important for me, being in my 60s with back issues. And I was there for nine nights.An overall comfortable and pleasant experience.

Four Ladies Enjoying Charlotteit

This property was clean, warm and cozy with all the amenities needed for a short or extended visit. We enjoyed the ease of going out and then returning to the pristine neatness of this home away from home. We all agreed that we would absolutely recommend these accommodations to anyone who might be interested in more room than the traditional hotel. Thank you for keeping your property in good condition. The trains mentioned in another review never bothered us a bit. If I might make any suggestion, it would be to provide clear instructions on how to use the door lock (unlocking and then locking when leaving). If I should return to Charlotte for any reason, I will be checking to see if this property is available.

Nice house/Rough Neighborhood

Pros: the house is as pictured, nice, clean, beds and pillows are comfortable, and it's very roomy for a small house. The living room furniture was tolerable. Cons: Rough Neighborhood!!! I did not feel comfortable staying there alone! As another review mentioned (which had I seen before hand I would've not booked the place), I was awakened at midnight to gunshots. It was not the sort of place you wake up and have coffee on the porch! We also did a standard window check and found one to be unlocked and on a side of the house with no security cameras. There were what appeared to be abandoned vehicles on the street, cars with busted out windows, boarded up condemned house across the street. Most of the houses are very run down and unkept. Lots of loud music, sirens and trains. Minor issues: The back yard is small, not fenced, and has a bunch of red clay that you can't avoid when taking your pup out, and makes it really hard to keep the kitchen floor clean when coming back in. I walked out the front door at 6:00am and heard what sounded like a woman scream, turns out that was just a rooster crowing behind the house across the street. So in summary, if that is the type of neighborhood you are accustomed to, then the house is fine and you should have no issues.
