CONDO OVERVIEW This charming 1,400 sq ft 3-story mountain townhome's location and interiors make it the perfect Park City vacation home. As a corner unit, there is plenty of natural light, especially on the main floor. Four guests will be very comfortable here, but the property can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are general mountain views from the main floor and the master bedroom with views of Deer Valley's Little Baldy Peak and mountaineer lift from the private patio!
Enjoy a private hot tub, heated underground parking, and a ski locker. It's very easy to get around without a car using Park City's free bus which stops directly outside the property. The heated courtyard walkways provide easy access to the garage elevator. For convenience, there's highspeed internet with good wifi signal throughout, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dinnerware, and cookware as well as a crock pot, coffee machine and a Keurig.
After a long day of skiing, enjoy some quality time together on the main floor where there is a gas fireplace, smart TV and a number of different games to play. We have a variety of puzzles as well!
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION We are situated in one of the best locations in lower Deer Valley. It's an easy 0.6 mile downhill walk to Main Street. After a night out on Main Street, it's super easy to hop on the bus from the Main Street bus terminal to get back to Greyhawk. Park City has an excellent free bus service to get to the slopes, it's a short 5 min ride to Deer Valley. It's just as easy to get to PC mountain. A 5 min ride will get you to Town Lift and it's about 10 min to PC Mountain base. Both resorts are easily accessible by multiple bus routes that all stop directly in front of the complex!
BEDROOM LAYOUT • First Floor. Queen Bedroom and Bunk Room. Both bedrooms share a bathroom. • Second Floor. There's a spacious main level/living area adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs from the main level, so there's plenty of privacy. The condo is an end unit, with lots of windows on three sides. There is also a gas fireplace to enjoy after a long day of skiing. • Third Floor The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with a private bathroom and smart TV
GETTING AROUND The Park City free bus stops literally at the base of our stairs, which runs every five to seven minutes to either Deer Valley or Park City Mountain. If you do decide to drive, there is a spot in the underground garage so you'll never have to clear snow off the car before heading out. If you're not renting a car, taking an Uber from SLC is usually much less expensive than the typical shuttle operators.

Great Place close to town
We had five of us stay in the Greyhawk for a few days this summer, great place with all of amenities necessary for a good trip. Easy walk to main street to enjoy Park City.
Great house, and close to the slopes and downtown park city. Everything was top notch. Park City Host is great at keeping you informed and checking to make sure you have everything you need. Would definitely recommend this place. We had 4 adults, 2 older children and a toddler. It was a great space for all. Bedrooms on the ground and top floor with a great meeting space and kitchen in between.
This was the perfect little spot for the weekend. The layout was great and everyone had plenty of space. The underground parking came in really handy! Would definitely stay here again.

We're delighted that you found the condo comfortable, clean, and enjoyed the private hot tub. Providing essential information and updates is crucial, and I'm pleased to know that we met your expectations in this regard.
The place is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The hot tub was nice, and the property management was attentive and helpful. A good crash pad for serious skiers who don't spend a lot of time at the condo, as the living areas are a little cramped.

Amazing Location!!
This condo had absolutely everything we needed. Close proximity to everything, on bus line, heated garage for parking, easy access from garage to condo, full stocked kitchen with all supplies needed for cooking, 2 coffee markers, washer and dryer, etc. We enjoyed the fireplace in the living while drinking wine and watching it snow. Highly recommend!!
This was a wonderful condo for a week getaway to the mountains. The owners went to great lengths to make it feel like home. The supplies in the well labeled kitchen allowed for a day away skiing and coming home to a nice, cooked meal in the crock pot. We appreciated the games for family recreation while also loved soaking in the hot tub. The close bus stop made it convenient to get into town and to the slopes. My family and I highly recommend staying here for your Park City adventures.
This was clearly someone’s second home rather than a commercial rental property. This was our favorite of all the properties we’ve stayed in Park City. Loved the layout of 3 floors, King/main bedroom on the top floor, kitchen/dining and living area on the middle floor and additional bedrooms on bottom floor (great for families with teens). So many nice amenities in the kitchen (crockpot! Cookbooks) and the bathrooms were clean and updated. Very convenient to bus stop and loved the ski storage closet in the parking garage. Would absolutely come back to this place!
