Two bedroom condo has recently renovated both bathrooms beautifully as well as new flooring and modern touches throughout. Very well done with updated furnishings. Flat screen HDTV's mounted in both bedrooms.

Feel like dining-in or entertaining? The well-equipped kitchen caters to your unique cooking needs. Cooking spices/condiments will be stocked for you in our home. Feel free to use them if you need to…Our home is your home.

Walking distance to all Park City and it's aprés-ski scene, this fourth floor unit overlooks lower Main Street and is a short 50 yard walk to the town lift and all that historic Main Street has to offer. If location is the difference between a good Park City experience or a great one, this is the place.

Heated year round outdoor pool and hot tub as well as a completely renovated seasonal indoor hot tub and sauna. Laundry is located in the building.

Indoor and outdoor parking available for those that decide to drive. Once you get settled, everything from our unit is a short walk, or if you'd rather, take the free town shuttle to pretty much anywhere, including historic Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, and The Tanger Outlet Mall. Free shuttle will pick you up and drop you off right at the front of Park Station--easy and convenient.

If you need a little more space for your stay, we own a second Park City property(3 bedroom/3 bath) located on Daly Avenue, just past the Grappa restaurant. VRBO listing 450059.

What a GREAT place to stay!! CLEAN!! INVITING!! Very affordable!! close to all the activity in down town Park City!! there were 6 of us ladies that stayed very comfortably here!! If I get back to Park City this is where we will stay!! Kurt does everything to make your stay wonderful!!

A lot of money for what you get

The owner and his son had great communication throughout our stay. They allowed us in early which was great. The condo unit itself is tucked deep into the complex- so you have to walk through the underground parking garage, around the building, or through the pool court yard to get to Main Street. And it’s not steeping out into Main Street - it’s at the bottom of Main Street -so you have to walk some distance to get to the “good” part of Main Street. The photos make this very deceiving. We were excited about the hot tub. But the walk to the hot tub was too far-and outside. The hot tub and pool are located in the center of the complex. The thought of that far of a walk in “hot tub garb”in 15° weather kept us away from the hot tub. The building itself is dated- very “lodgey”- but very clean. Someone was always there cleaning something. The unit itself is nice. Great flooring and the baths were updated. The master bath is a little crowded- a large guy would have issues. But both baths were clean and had soaps and toiletries available. Lots of towels were also available- but our stay was only three days. Not sure what you’re suppose to do for clean towels if you needed them. Laundry? The bedrooms were good size and had lots of room for luggage and spreading out. However, the master bed room butts up to an outside wall right outside a main thoroughfare. Trucks and traffic could be heard throughout the night. No ceiling fans or any fan available to help block out noise. The bedding itself was nice- but the bed was very used and very dated. The “pillow top” had been reduced to a flat piece of cotton and the bed itself was as hard as a rock. Desperately needs to be replaced. The second bedroom has twin beds in it. My 6ft son slept with his feet smashed against the high rise footboard the entire trip. This would have been fine for kids- but not adults over 5’5. The couch in the living room was the most comfortable sleeping spot in the condo (we didn’t use the pullout). Extra throw blankets made that a cozy spot everyone fought for. A small balcony looked over the boarder of the complex onto a main thoroughfare.

With a few updates- especially the bed- this could be a contending unit. I can forgive a lot with an amazing bed. But with so many better locations- I’m sure we will look at other places that are more convenient to meet our needs. P.S.- we also ran out of toilet paper during our three night stay-as you can imagine- that sucked.

Park City is one of the nicest places anywhere(any season) and we strive for all guests to have and rate their time with us a "5 Star" moment--nothing less. To be fair, many of your issues were addressed in my welcome e-mail that I send to all my guests prior to their arrival. "Parking"?--Directly out front of our unit and very convenient. No need to weave around anything. "Towels"?--Never had an issue. We over supply, and will gladly swing by and replace. Some guests use the common washing machines and dryers in the basement. "Heated outdoor pool/hot tub"?--Literally 20 feet from our building. For those that would prefer not to walk outside in "15 degree temp" you can use the "indoor hot tub". It is located lower level--sauna too. It was beautifully renovated in the summer of 2016. "Toilet paper"?--Not exactly sure how to respond. Embarrassed for sure, but how do 2 people go through 4 rolls of TP in 3 days? It is important for guests to be up front about their group size. We do not charge extra and we customize supplies based on the reservation . "So many better locations"?--Disagree. You will be hard pressed to find better. We are located literally at the bottom of Main Street, 100 feet from the Town Lift. Walk out the side door, across the street, and you are on Main Street. And honestly, there is no such thing as "the good part of Main Street." All of Main Street is full of charm and is "good". Again Cathy, I appreciate you taking the time to submit your review. I feel that reviews such as yours can make owners like myself better. Our future guests will be the winners. We will continue to do our best to meet everyone's expectations. Can’t wait to go back!

This condo exceeded all expectations! We walked into an exquisitely decorated yet cozy place complete with board games and Starbucks coffee. The location couldn’t have been better, we walked everywhere we needed to go, even in 7 degree snow :) It is spacious enough to bring our kids which we plan to do next time. Kurt was very kind and made everything easy. We had a great stay!
