Two bedroom condo has recently renovated both bathrooms beautifully as well as new flooring and modern touches throughout. Very well done with updated furnishings. Flat screen HDTV's mounted in both bedrooms.

Feel like dining-in or entertaining? The well-equipped kitchen caters to your unique cooking needs. Cooking spices/condiments will be stocked for you in our home. Feel free to use them if you need to…Our home is your home.

Walking distance to all Park City and it's aprés-ski scene, this fourth floor unit overlooks lower Main Street and is a short 50 yard walk to the town lift and all that historic Main Street has to offer. If location is the difference between a good Park City experience or a great one, this is the place.

Heated year round outdoor pool and hot tub as well as a completely renovated seasonal indoor hot tub and sauna. Laundry is located in the building.

Indoor and outdoor parking available for those that decide to drive. Once you get settled, everything from our unit is a short walk, or if you'd rather, take the free town shuttle to pretty much anywhere, including historic Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, and The Tanger Outlet Mall. Free shuttle will pick you up and drop you off right at the front of Park Station--easy and convenient.

If you need a little more space for your stay, we own a second Park City property(3 bedroom/3 bath) located on Daly Avenue, just past the Grappa restaurant. VRBO listing 450059.

What a GREAT place to stay!! CLEAN!! INVITING!! Very affordable!! close to all the activity in down town Park City!! there were 6 of us ladies that stayed very comfortably here!! If I get back to Park City this is where we will stay!! Kurt does everything to make your stay wonderful!!

Love the location

Perfect location. Condo is nestled at the foot of Main Street. Car is optional with this place. April/May is a great time to spend in Park City. Very relaxing and quiet. Unit itself is awesome. Very clean and fully renovated. We didn’t cook much but loved the fully stocked kitchen and new high end appliances. This place is a gem. Wall mounted flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms is great for multi generational group-which we were. Everyone can do their own thing. We’ll be back. Thanks Kollin-great communication.

VERY clean, convenient, and excellent support from Owners.

This was simply a great rental. The place has new furnishings in good condition, nice bedding, and, above all, was super clean. Even my OCD daughter approved of the cleanliness! The kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed for the meals we cooked in house. It is a relatively short walk from the complex to the Town Lift. We stayed on Main St. last year and this place was closer. Being on the top floor at end of the hallway means you have a longer walk to get out of the building. But, on the other hand, you don't have the noise of people walking on floors above your head so it is a worthwhile tradeoff. Soundproofing in the building must be good as we didn't hear a soul and there were folks across the hall. The hot tub and sauna in the basement are nice. Pool and hot tub outside seemed a bit tired. My kids loved all the games provided and were immersed in Monopoly games every evening. We liked the proximity to restaurants and shops on Main. Having a nice woodburning fireplace really added to ambiance. Can't imagine the challenge of getting all the wood up to the porch. One tip for renters doing laundry - if you don't have quarters, you can put dollars in the candy machine and hit change return - it returns quarters! :) Only downside with this condo that I can think of is that it lacks a view of the mountain and has a bit of traffic noise but the location is excellent. Kurt and his son provide first class service and communication - I would strongly advise renting this place over ones managed by a large company for that reason alone.

Great location

We stayed in March for a Spring break skiing trip and had a great time. We are a family of four (kids ages 8 and 10) and the condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean, had plenty of room, had all the amenities of home, and we loved the location. The condo was an easy/short walk to Main Street. Both Kurt and Kollin were easy to work with before and during our stay. We had one minor issue with the TV (user error) but Kollin was quick to come over and help us. We would recommend to our friends and would definitely stay here again.

You won't regret staying here!

From the moment we decided to rent from Kurt everything was fantastic! Kurt and his son Kollin could not have been more kind and/or attentive! Their every moment from before arrival to during to after was to make certain we were happy, had all we needed and had a good time! Thank you both so very much!!!
