Two bedroom condo has recently renovated both bathrooms beautifully as well as new flooring and modern touches throughout. Very well done with updated furnishings. Flat screen HDTV's mounted in both bedrooms.

Feel like dining-in or entertaining? The well-equipped kitchen caters to your unique cooking needs. Cooking spices/condiments will be stocked for you in our home. Feel free to use them if you need to…Our home is your home.

Walking distance to all Park City and it's aprés-ski scene, this fourth floor unit overlooks lower Main Street and is a short 50 yard walk to the town lift and all that historic Main Street has to offer. If location is the difference between a good Park City experience or a great one, this is the place.

Heated year round outdoor pool and hot tub as well as a completely renovated seasonal indoor hot tub and sauna. Laundry is located in the building.

Indoor and outdoor parking available for those that decide to drive. Once you get settled, everything from our unit is a short walk, or if you'd rather, take the free town shuttle to pretty much anywhere, including historic Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, and The Tanger Outlet Mall. Free shuttle will pick you up and drop you off right at the front of Park Station--easy and convenient.

If you need a little more space for your stay, we own a second Park City property(3 bedroom/3 bath) located on Daly Avenue, just past the Grappa restaurant. VRBO listing 450059.

What a GREAT place to stay!! CLEAN!! INVITING!! Very affordable!! close to all the activity in down town Park City!! there were 6 of us ladies that stayed very comfortably here!! If I get back to Park City this is where we will stay!! Kurt does everything to make your stay wonderful!!

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in this condo in Park City, UT. It was our intention to escape the late summer heat where we live in the desert, and we did in fact do that. But we experienced some unanticipated cold weather and SNOW in late September. We loved it and found it such a refreshing change. Thankfully, we were prepared for all the weather we experienced. It wasn't all bad weather, however, as we did get to golf twice and the mountain courses were great.

The condo is exactly as described and pictured. It was very spacious for just the two of us and could easily accommodate two couples or a family. Both bathrooms seem to have undergone a recent renovation and they were both beautiful. The kitchen appliances all appear to be relatively new and function perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked.

The location is great. You can walk to Main St. and experience all the shops and restaurants, which we did!

The owner was very easy to work with both before, during and after our visit. His arrival instructions were very detailed and exact. Even though he wasn't in town during our stay, he made sure we had his son's # and we even ran into his son in the parking lot during our arrival. He was very helpful. They checked in with us after arrival to be sure everything was OK and on departure day, let us know there was no rush to vacate and advised the time the cleaning people were arriving. Very thoughtful and considerate owners.

This property really was "HomeAway" from home!

Can't say enough good things about this condo! This was the first time we had stayed at a B&B and were a little nervous about making that choice. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised. So glad our friends who live in Park City suggested Home Away! Kurt and his family were extremely welcoming, very helpful and available for any questions or concerns. After the wonderful experience we had with Kurt's place, we will probably never "hotel" it again! The condo was EXTREMELY clean! The kitchen appliances are all brand new and top of the line. The bathrooms are both newly remodeled. The king bed appeared to be new and VERY comfortable. The linens are very good quality in both bedrooms and bath (I'm a linen snob). We contemplated renting a car but decided to wait until we got to Park City. So glad we didn't rent a car. Town Lift (1/4 block walk) and Old Town are both right outside the complex. We could easily walk to restaurants and shopping (just right across the street). We were able to use the lifts to travel between Old Town and Park City Mountain as well as ride up to hiking trails. Some days we hiked up and rode down (free if you are riding down) and some days we rode up and hiked down. A transit stop is in front of the condo complex. We didn't know about the free transit system until we arrived. The transit system was easy to navigate and was perfect for going to the grocery store and visiting surrounding areas. Park City is definitely on our list of "Must Return for Another Visit" places! Just like Kurt and his family, all the locals were welcoming and always willing to answer questions or provide helpful tips to make our stay more interesting and pleasant. When we return to PC, we will definitely re-book with Kurt!

Pride in ownership is obvious

**Location, Location, Location** is just a start. I can't say enough about my experience with Kurt. From the booking process(responses were always timely), location(Main Street is right out the bedroom window), to the overall unit itself(completely renovated and well done), I can't say enough about our stay. Summers are a hidden gem in Park City and we come pretty much every summer. I know exactly who I will call first. Thanks Kurt and Kollin.

Great location!

We had a fantastic weekend in Park City. The condo was well-equipped and very comfortable for our family of 4. Convenient parking, easy walk to Main Street. We appreciated Kurt and his son Kollin's checking in with us to be sure we were doing well - we had no issues at all, but it was great to know they were available if we needed anything. We were very happy with our stay, and would stay there again the next time we visit. Thanks for a great weekend!

Beautiful condo in a fabulous location

So wonderfully appointed! It was perfect for our family of 4. The location is just perfect for walking into the downtown area of Park City. The 4th of July parade goes right by the complex. Very quiet and nice to be on the top floor in a corner end unit. Great elevator for access and lots of stair access points too. The bathroom updates are fabulous. Just an adorable place. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
