Welcome to Beary Happy, your perfect mountain escape for creating lasting memories with family and friends.
Located inside the 5,500+ acre Coosawattee River Resort, this spacious cabin features a comfortable open floor plan ideal for gathering, relaxing, and reconnecting. The living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen flow together seamlessly, offering plenty of space to cook, dine, and enjoy the 55" Smart TV. The dining table seats 5, with extra seating at the kitchen island.
Step out onto the charming screened-in porch—complete with ceiling fans—to enjoy views of the backyard and fire pit while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. A gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking (propane included). While pets aren't permitted, the local wildlife often makes delightful appearances!

Great Cabin in the Woods

Great stay in the mountains for our group of 8! The cabin was well laid out for individual space and space to be together. Close to a lot of activities and spacious enough to relax inside for the day!

Very nice cabin

Our stay was wonderful the cabin is nice and was very clean plenty of space and amenities inside the fireplace was nice and the game room was great beds comfortable and very nice kitchen back screen in porch and to the property manager Mrs. Tina she was awesome and very cool and down to earth would definitely rent with them again
