We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Our retreat offers a peaceful suburban setting while being conveniently located near popular destinations such as The Streets of Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall and downtown Denver.

Designed for relaxation and connection, the main floor opens into a bright living area with a plush sectional, Smart TV, and dining table that flows easily into the fully equipped galley kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and cooking basics make meal prep effortless, whether it’s breakfast before exploring or dinner after a day in the city. Downstairs, a second lounge doubles as a game den with foosball, a giant Connect 4, and another Smart TV, offering space for everyone to unwind together.

Sleeping arrangements
Five comfortable bedrooms ensure privacy and rest for up to eight guests. The upstairs master suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and Roku TV. Another king and queen bedroom share the upper level, while the lower level includes two additional bedrooms - one with a queen, and one with a queen and a twin bed - ideal for families or groups. Fresh linens, extra blankets, and room-darkening shades create a cozy, restful atmosphere.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are bright and practical, each with either a walk-in shower or a shower/tub combination. Complimentary bathroom essentials, soft towels, and ample lighting make mornings smooth and comfortable for groups of any size.
