Welcome to the Retro Rendezvous! A fun, funky home where 1970s groovy meets 1980s pop art. With 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for your whole group! The home is close to all of Denver’s major attractions: 15 mins to downtown, 15 mins to the foothills, 7 mins to Old Town Arvada, 25 mins to Boulder, and 35 mins to Denver Airport. Pack your bags, gather your family & friends, and come experience Denver adventuring at its finest!

• 4 queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom are uniquely designed with funky themes
• TWO living rooms and TWO kitchens means you can spread out
• Dedicated office with high-speed wifi for any remote workers
• Large, fully-fenced in backyard for the doggos and kiddos to play and soak up the Colorado sun
• 4 TVs - one in each living room and in two bedrooms

• What's in the neighborhood? Take a 5-minute stroll to parks and a playground, or venture ~1 mile for your essentials: grocery store, Starbucks, liquor store, laundromat, and more. The light rail is conveniently located ~1-2 miles away.

THE BEDROOMS
All bedrooms have a cozy king or queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a closet, and a dresser. Each bedroom has a unique theme that are both kids and adults will enjoy.

THE KITCHENS
Double the fun with not one, but two fully equipped kitchens! Dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee maker – we've got all. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, and all the fixings. We’ve also got a washer and dryer in the downstairs kitchen.

THE LIVING ROOMS
Dive into a good book, binge-watch your favorite shows on the Smart TVs, or level up your game night. The upstairs couch pulls out into a full-sized bed.

THE BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms are complete with a shower, bathtub, and a bidet-equipped toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience. There is a half-bath attached to the Mountain Madness bedroom.

OFFICE
Calling all remote workers! Private office space with a door - perfect for taking work meetings! There are also two monitors on the desk (not pictured) which will make multi-tasking a breeze.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Let kids and pets roam free in the large, fully-fenced backyard. Host a BBQ with our provided grill, play bags/cornhole, or relax at the outdoor dining table with seating for six.

Great little house in Arvada

We were in town for a family wedding and this house was perfect! Great space for family, very comfortable beds, and wonderful fenced in yard. Also central location to do many things in Colorado.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property during our recent visit to the Denver area. Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to all attractions in the area. We had 6 adults, a 3 year old, a dog and plenty of room for more. All the bedrooms were comfortable, everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The multiple living areas had plenty of seating and were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED! Our large family and dog stayed on both floors and it worked beautifully! Downstairs was amazing, quiet and cozy. Two fully-stocked kitchens made our life easy! Check-in was easy and Olivia has added so many extras to make it a home. Beds are all super comfy! Huge backyard and outside toys for adults, teens and littles to make it fun. Location perfect. Will return!

Great price and location.

If you are looking for a place near resorts that won’t break the bank, then this is a great option. It is near 70 so within minutes you are on your way. A short 40 min travel to multiple resorts. Additionally, the rail line is really close so if you want to visit Downtown Denver then you can just take the train.

Our stay was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable and slept well and everyone traveling was very comfortable. Outside of the minor inconvenience of the broken washing machine, it was perfect. Olivia also goes above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are addressed. 10/10 and would definitely book again.

Colorado family vacation

Excellent Stay

Everything about this place was just as pictured. I'd go so far as to say it was better than the photos. My group of 8 adults found the space to be super spacious and clean. There were towels, soap, shampoo, etc for everyone. Each of the rooms even had its own flat screen tv. I would recommend this space to any large group traveling to Denver, and would absolutely stay here again.

Red Rocks Show

Travelling with family to go to a show at Red Rocks and outdoor activities. Good setup for 5 adults. Plenty of space for us to be all together yet be able to have some personal space. Backyard corn hole and grill were great for just hanging out together. Olivia made the check in/out process very simple, and was very easy to work with and very quick to respond. Location worked very well for us. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Look No Further

This place was perfect for our group. Plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable and we got use out of every inch. It had everything we needed for our week stay. The extra kitchen and fridge space came in very handy for us and the bathrooms worked out perfect for a large group trying to shower and get ready simultaneously. We had a blast one night playing some of the games around the dining room table. Its a nice neighborhood not far at all from anywhere in downtown Denver. Check in and out was effortless. Five full stars to Harlan House.

Location, location, location!

My large family group (spanning in age from 5 to 45) loved our experience at Retro Rendezvous! The home was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen, linen, toiletries, and entertainment supplies to keep us cozy for our multi-day stay. The backyard and porch were great additions, and we really enjoyed having a burger night thanks to the grill! The home slept our full group comfortably, and we appreciated having ample private spaces (particular for those of us with littles). Olivia was wonderful to work with, very communicative, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Not to mention, this location is primo in terms of touring local spots! As a Coloradoan who was hosting out-of-state family, I was impressed with how easy it was to pop over to Denver, Morrison, Boulder, and more. A real gem of a stay! Thanks, Olivia!

Harlan House was the perfect place for my family. We needed space for everyone (3 beds), a yard for the dogs and a kitchen. The kitchen was adequately equipped with the basics, probably couldn’t cook a gourmet meal, but it had all the things we needed. The yard is fenced and safe for dogs and kids. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hosts added a few little things that made a difference for us: dog poop bag dispenser by the door, and a dispenser for shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Allowed us to bring less stuff with us. The location of the house is great! Close to everything and in a safe quiet neighborhood.

The property is very well kept and is filled with quality furnishings, with no detail left untouched. The mattresses are sealy, the house freshly painted, smart tvs, touch lighting fixtures, calphalon and kitchenaid kitchen accessories, the list goes on. The decor is all thoughtful and matches throughout the house from room to room (which is not always the case with rental houses) and creates a welcoming a comfortable environment. The property owner is very friendly and communicative and ensures you are comfortable at all times. Overall this was a great experience!

25th Birthday with our Son and his Dog

We travelled from SC and our son from SD to meet for a 25th birthday celebration (5 nights). This property is accurately described, very clean in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to Old Town Arvada. Note that there is one shared full-size bathroom and a master BR with half bath, which was not a problem for our family crew of three. We were able to go on day trips to downtown Denver, Boulder, Golden, and Estes leaving at lunch time and returning for dinner in Old Town Arvada (several restaurant choices, bars/breweries). There is a grocery store (Kings Sooper) within a mile. We were able to cook breakfast and lunch each day. Kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas grill. If you have your dog with you, the back yard is spacious and well-maintained. We could leave our dog out there unattended with the sliding glass door opened or screen door shut. while we hung out inside or on the back yard patio. The covered patio was a favorite spot. The tenants in the basement were outstanding folks that we hung out with briefly a couple days in the back yard common space. They were very helpful with restaurant and attractions recommendations. It was a perfect trip!

This neighborhood is very quite and residential. And you can’t find a more convenient location. Located 2 miles from I-70, you’ll be in the foothills in 15 minutes and at ski mountains in as little as an hour. Downtown Denver is only 15 minutes away. Olde Town Arvada is 8 minutes away where you’ll find a lovely, walkable downtown with superb restaurants, boutique shops, and historic buildings. Regis University is only 10 minutes away.

Our property is the perfect intersection between comfort and luxury! It is excellent for large groups with lots of space to gather and sleep. Not to mention a large fenced-in backyard!
