The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Place towels in the laundry room. Pull back bed covers or strip bed
Place garbage bins in front of car port for Monday pick up. Take all garbage out of house and do not leave food.
Do a double check to turn off lights and lock doors. Turn off hot tub. Empty dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing house!!

Family and friends spent a week in this mountain cabin during Christmas. It has a lot of space and is stocked with everything you need when out of town and in someone else’s home. The home is super clean and owners are very responsive.

We, Greg and Lisa Corrigan purchased this property as a second home right before the pandemic. It is our second marriage so when Greg sold his home we decided to purchase a place to make memories, relax and have a neutral place for our family. This quickly became an extension of our home. We spent every other week here during Covid. Now we feel it is such a special place it should be shared.

Why they chose this property

We live in Monterey county with Greg's family in Sacramento area. This was the perfect meeting place. Twain Harte offers 4 seasons but most off all we can snow ski and go boating.

What makes this property unique

This home is a tri-level property allowing for private space for kids and parents. We have made the cabin a fun getaway just in case you decide not leave it for the weekend, you will have plenty to do. It has rooms within to give plenty of gathering or quite space.
