One Block To The Beach!
Newly renovated one-bedroom condominium nestled away at the corner of a quiet, dead-end lane just one block from the Gulf of Mexico. About 1/5 of a mile (an easy 3 minute walk) from Pompano Joe's and the adjacent public beach access points.
The unit is located in Miramar Beach, approximately 1 mile from Destin via scenic highway 98.
The space
The unit features a king sized bed, a large (non pull out) couch, and two twin rollout-mattresses. Based on that, we estimate comfortable occupancy by 5, but depending on privacy needs/size of guests, please do your own calculations.
Your stay includes: keyless entry, private patio, 65' SmartTV, complimentary WiFi and Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, Keurig, microwave, king sized bed, towels, basic utensils and basic toiletries, in unit washer and dryer and free parking. There is also a (shared) pool.

The unit is on the second floor (one flight of stairs from ground level to the unit). You will have access to the entire unit.
