Sunsational Sudbury is a Clean, Warm, Professionally managed vacation home. 3BD / 2BTH with an additional queen sleep sofa. Relax in our heated pool featuring a large covered private Lanai with pond view. Huge floor plan with over 1900 sq. ft and 2 separate living areas this home is one of the largest in the neighborhood ! Located just 2 miles from Bonita Beach and Doc’s Beach Bar. Close to shopping, restaurants, 15 min to Naples, and only 25 min from Fort Myers airport.

Great location and spacious!

Wonderful location close to Bonita Beach Road, beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Very clean and spacious property - with amazing Master Bedroom terrace, and awesome private swimming pool accessible from guest bedroom and living spaces, on a quiet street easily accessible from Bonita Beach Road. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Bonita Springs Wedding

Visiting Bonita Springs for a 4-day wedding weekend and had a wonderful stay at this home. Location was perfect and sitting by the pool was so relaxing. There is also a pond in the backyard, so the wildlife/bird watching was an added treat.

Awesome property inside and out!

Lovely home with lots of interior space. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. But the best space was the very large outdoor lanai area and pool! Comfortable seating area, large table area, nice size pool. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The owners very responsive. Great location. Perfect space for our family spring break!

Beautiful home

Everything was exactly as described house was perfectly clean everything you could possibly need for a welcome stay. Bedrooms were very spacious the whole house was very nice and the pool was amazing. Daniel was always quick to respond with any questions that I had. I would definitely choose this home again.

Fun week with family

My family and I had such a great time at this property! It was clean, very well maintained and was the perfect size for 4 adults and an infant. We used the pool everyday as it was heated which was a huge plus for us! Daniel was super communicative while we stayed there. The neighborhood was quiet and not far from the beach. We would absolutely rent there again. Only recommendation is there is no cable so make sure you have a Samsung device and you can screen share to the tv. We didn’t want to login to all the apps for security / safety but it wasn’t a huge deal as we were out all day anyway! Big thank you to Dan for a great vacation and lots of memories made.

Sensational Sudbury Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sudbury home in Naples Florida. We've stayed in many VRBO listed property's and this home was by far the cleanest that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of linens and pillows. The property manager left us enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper...etc that we didn't have to go to the store to purchase any additional during our week stay. The thing that impressed me the most was the quick and accommodating response we received from the property manager when we asked for assistance in increasing the heated pool temperature. It was a cooler than normal week in Naples so we asked if we could turn the heat up a little higher than what it was set at and Daniel had no problem with us doing that. He walked me through making the adjustments and we were able to enjoy the pool. This home will be our first choice when we come back to stay in Naples.
