This luxurious 1240 sq. ft. 2-bedroom oceanfront condo is situated on the third floor of One Ocean Place and offers all the comforts of home. One Ocean Place is Garden City's premier luxury condominium complex located just 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. The unit offers magnificent views of the beach and has a fabulous deck to have breakfast on in the mornings or a drink with your loved one at sunset. The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, wet bar and entertainment center, housing a VCR/DVD, stereo, CD player and flat screen TV. The room is designed with 5 panels of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors opening to a large oceanfront balcony also accessible from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a television and a king size bed. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in closet and a safe for your valuables. The second bedroom with adjoining bath has 2 twin beds and flat screen tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, small appliances and full size stove and refrigerator with ice maker. This is a non smoking unit.

After having investigated all the areas in Myrtle Beach, we chose Garden City Beach because of it's family atmosphere, quietness and it's beauty. After deciding on the area, we decided to buy a unit in One Ocean Place because, frankly, it is the best condominium complex in the area.

What makes this condo unique

One Ocean Place is situated approximately halfway between the Garden City Pier and Surfside Pier. This offers you the opportunity to walk the beach with a destination in mind if you so choose. Each pier offers entertainment and food. The Conch Cafe (a favorite local restaurant open for lunch and dinner) is right next door and offers outside dining.

Great Building, great unit and great beach!!

We really enjoyed our entire experience. The owner was very good to work with. We received complete information on procedures and access and everything went smoothly. This unit was on the third floor overlooking one of the two pools/hot tubs and the beach. This made it easy to locate members of our group. The unit was very attractively decorated and everything was very clean and functioning. We found everything we needed. The unit was located right across from the elevator which was also convenient for going to and from the beach. The parking garage was very convenient and secure. The location of One Ocean Place was a very short drive to the Bi Lo grocery, close to putt putt golf, the Crazy Sister Marina and lots of restaurants. The life guard on the beach puts up umbrellas and chairs each day that you can rent by the day or week. However, there is plenty of room to set up your own chairs and umbrellas if you bring them. The owner was very accessible and we felt comfortable calling with any questions. We highly recommend this unit, owner, location and building. We had a great vacation.

Wonderful Vacation!!!

Great condo in great location! Very nice relaxing vacation! Everything that you need- my only complaint is the traffic. We made the mistake of arriving at 5PM on Saturday. It took us 40 minutes for the last 5 miles. Otherwise awesome week!!!

The Perfect Beach Stay!

We spent a week with our best friends at this condo. The building is nice, and oceanfront. The floor to ceiling windows made for amazing views. It was very tastefully appointed. The large rooms and balcony gave us several options for talking and hanging out after a day on the beach. We went to some old restaurant favorites - Dead Dog Saloon (Murrell's Inlet) and Chesapeake House (near Restaurant Row), and tried a new one, the Claw House in Murrell's Inlet, which turned out to be really good.

We played miniature golf at Runaway Bay, across Hwy 17 very close to condos, and at Spyglass, farther up north. We visited Huntington Beach State Park and Atalaya, which if you've never seen, is well worth a couple of hours. We didn't go to Brookgreen Gardens this time, but it's close and amazing as well.

The location is about midway between the Garden City Pier and the Surfside Pier. and the beach was amazing, as was the oceanfront pool, which also gets the ocean breeze.

We are looking forward to our next stay in the condo. Tony was the consummate owner, who made sure everything was fine, with no problems, and quickly got a maintenance person to our room when the safe had a glitch on our last night!

I highly recommend this condo for a stay a little bit away from the center of Myrtle Beach, but with everything you need, and easy access, for a beautiful vacation!

Very clean, beautifully updated Condo,best views ever!

The complex is clean, friendly and located near restaurants and shopping. The views from the Condo are outstanding. I especially like that it is family oriented. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle in Myrtle but close enough to drive if you desire. We have stayed here for past two years and we love it. The owner Tony, is just a phone call away if you need him. He is very pleasant and I am so glad he shares his Condo with others. We look forward to many years of vacationing there
