Love and enjoy your stay in this very clean and spacious 4BR/ 2BA home near very exciting downtown. Be prepared to be surprised by the vibrant blend of historic and modern which has come together to create a unique district bursting with life. The famous River Walk in is lined with cafes and restaurants and has a real cosmopolitan atmosphere. Not to forget the Tower of Americas, the Alamo Dome, Sea World, theme parks, good food and a lot more.

Interaction with Guests:
You won't see me nor my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond.

The nice house

The house is nice. The neighborhood is a neighborhood in transition from older run down homes to newer updated homes so the area is a little rough but a good location between downtown and the AT and T center. When we checked into the unit they must of had a break In because they had just repaired the front door jamb and casing.because the paint was still wet and got on my daughters clothing. After doing the reservation though the VRBO app the owners still requested me to send them a front and back photo of my credit card and a photo of my drivers license which I found kind of odd because I have never had this request before from the other homes I have rented through the app.
