Fascinating 2 bed get away exterior TV and BBQ

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. For Birthday parties and other gathering this house has it all. Centrally located downtown Chattanooga you have easy access to and from the house to all Chattanooga has to offer.

If you are coming to town to meet up with your family, group of friends, company gathering or any other type of group meeting, this is the place you want to rent in the beautiful town of Chattanooga TN.

Brand new top of the line hot tub. Oct 23

This house has it all. To make if more enjoyable October 23rd 2023 top of the line hot tub/spa was installed. The two two patios seats comfortable 20+ persons for lunch or dinner.

The main patio facilitates 50` TV plus full outdoor kitchen with fire pit (rotisserie up on request), cold smoker (pellet smoker) charcoal and gas grilles.

Every room in the house has its dedicated TV and basic supplies are provided by host.

Please make sure to access the house from the access at 20th street, around the corner where the GPS puts you. You pass the other blue house, take right turn around the corner, and again right turn into the gravel pad. The lockbox is located at the gate under the house number.

The place is in the back yard in the middle of a horrible debilitated sketchy neighborhood.. it is not what it appears to be in the description. The owner is sketchy as well and calls the property “in the hood” i would not recommend this property and it actually should probably not be on VRBO at all as a listing

This place is a gem. Will 100% stay there again next time I'm in town. The place has everything you need plus more. Also, the cleanest/nicest hot tub I've ever used during a stay. Wish it was warmer so we could have taken advantage of the outdoor kitchen. Incredible setup. Host was very communicative as well.

This property just makes me happy. It is a unique house that is close to everything. We decorated for Christmas and had a great time. My daughter lives in Chattanooga and I will try to stay here every time

We stayed just for a couple days but would love to come back in the spring/summer. The out side amenities look great. Owner was extremely nice and help out with something we left behind!

Great place to stay

My husband and I spent a long weekend in Chattanooga, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient to town. We brought a couple of jet skis with us, and there was plenty of parking space to accommodate them. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space equipped with a hot tub, fire pit, and bar area. We hope to come back and stay again during our next visit.

First off, great communication from host prior to arrival.I want to give 5 stars because this place is absolutely perfect!However, 1-2 stars for the neighborhood, as it is VERY sketchy, and I wish I had checked it out beforehand. I do not recommend taking a walk after dark!That being said, everything about the place itself was perfect!It was well stocked with almost everything you could need — from paper plates, snacks, condiments, and mixers to firewood and even a dog house!We had a great time outside, sitting in front of the firepit and watching the giant screen projector (thanks, Gunnar).The hot tub was awesome as well.This place would be great for any gathering.

I loved to host you Brandy, you are very nice ppl. Being downtown in any city in the states today comes with proc and cons. Proc, you are central and close to everything, cons are the issues with the community down tow. My house is the most secure one in the "hood"

This property has amazing outdoor living space and an amazing kitchen. Our trip was so busy we couldn’t fully take advantage of the property, but unwinding in the hot tub was a delight

This place was beyond amazing! We really enjoyed the outdoor section, which was perfect for us and our dogs. When we return to Chattanooga, this will be our go-to place to stay! Gunnar is a fantastic host! Thank you for everything and we look forward to coming back!

Fascinating Retreat

The property manager/owner - Gunnar - was amazing and very accommodating. This is a great spot to hang out with friends and family. We had such a great time and hope to come back some time in the future.
