Smarts Brooks, Mad River and Old Waterville Trails are all minutes away. Polar Caves, Ice Castles and Loon Mountain are all 20 min away making this location convenient for all seasons.

House runs off a well. That’s right your using Mountain water. It takes a minute for hot water to circulate and pressure to build please be patient.
