Great Stay in a Perfect Location• Very clean home with all of the amenities we needed• Excellent location with plenty to do nearby• Easy highway access to explore all of Central Florida• Quiet, relaxing pool area — perfect for unwinding• Great neighborhood for running and walking• Hosts were communicative and responsive when neededOverall, this was a wonderful stay. The home was comfortable, well-located, and exactly what we were hoping for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Oviedo/Central Florida area.

Stayed here before our cruise and it was everything we needed. Property was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable, however we did not need the roll-a-way beds, and I'm not sure where we would expand them if we did. My elderly parent's did mention the guest bath had extremely slipper floors. Overall great place.

The house was perfect for what we needed. It needs a little updating but the house was clean, the hosts were responsive, and they were very clear on the procedures of the house and the expectations staying there. I arrived a day early to Orlando and they were kind enough to let me check in a couple of hours early so I could leave my luggage. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It felt very safe there and there were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and throws to make you feel comfortable. Love how they have games and books under the tv and how we were able to sign in to our streaming service to watch the football games this weekend. They also have a toothbrush, toothpaste, and other little things that come in handy if you’ve forgotten any essentials. I felt like they really gave a lot of attention to the little details to make you feel at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Family Trip

My sister and I took my parents to visit family in the area. This house was the perfect spot for us all to catch up & have a wonderful visit. Nice neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. Great pool clean house and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay down in Oviedo, celebrating the grandfather‘s 80th birthday. We ate out in great restaurants. We walked the neighborhood a lot. We entertained at the pool and it was just perfect. The kitchen could use a little updating in the cabinets, but overall, I highly recommend this property, and the communication with the owners, was spot on.

Great Place to celebrate our daughters graduation

We came with adult family for our daughter graduation from UCF. Hosts were gracious enough to let my family who were staying at a different property to join us for a celebratory meal. Only wish it was warmer so we could enjoy the beautiful pool!

Just what we needed

We couldn’t have made a better choice for a home away from home, in a perfect location with its proximity to Orlando. More than enough space for the two of us. Great neighborhood. Nice, relaxing pool with lanai was the cherry on top.
