Welcome to the beautiful city of Oviedo! Located in Central Florida and with easy access to all your vacation needs - beaches, Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and so much more!
Our home is equipped for family/friends gatherings and has everything you'll need for the most relaxing vacation. For your convenience, this home includes washer, dryer and free wifi.

The Living Room - 4K Smart TV - Streaming services access require your own personal ID. Board games and books available to entertain the group.

The Kitchen - Equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, keurig machine, toaster, blender along with other kitchen essentials (pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, etc.)

Dining Room - dining table accommodates 8 people

The Bedrooms -

Master bedroom: King size bed with en suite bathroom, 4K Smart TV. Rollaway/single twin size bed available.

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with 4K Smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with 4K Smart TV. Rollaway/single twin size bed available.

Living room: Queen size sofa bed

Bathrooms equipped with towels and hair dryers.

Pool area - Take a break and cool off in your very own pool and dine poolside with the use of the BBQ grill at your leisure.

POOL HEATING (up to 80 degrees)
- Available during months of November though April with advance request

-Pool heating: $49 additional fee per day (2 consecutive days minimum required for pool heating — it takes approximately 24 hours to heat up pool so we ask that you take this j to consideration when placing your request)

Baby amenities (High chair and Pack 'n Play) - available upon request.

**Like all vacation homes, our home is classed as self catering accommodation. We provide starter supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel and dish washing liquid.**

Guests will have access to use of entire home and pool. Park in the double driveway (Garage is locked and inaccessible). Washer and dryer are for your use, as well as iron and ironing board in laundry room.

Guest access- electronic smart lock access - personalized code given 24 hours prior to arrival

First and foremost, please treat the home and property with respect and consideration. The pool is for your enjoyment; we are not responsible for any accident or injury to you or your party.

For the security of our guest and safety of our home, we have external security cameras that cover the front entrance, driveway, both sides of the house, backyard and pool area. There is a doorbell camera that records those entering the home. There are no devices inside of the home.

Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age.
No more than 8 guests please, unless previously approved by owner.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME!!! If rule is violated, a $150 up-charge will apply.
NO PETS ALLOWED. NO PARTIES, NO LARGE GATHERINGS/EVENTS.

A cleaning fee is in place to cover basic housekeeping. However, if excessive cleaning is necessary, such as excessive trash left behind, dirty dishes, etc., upon checkout, a $100 up-charge will apply.
