Both in and outdoor games are available for guests who wish to do more playing such as pickleball, tennis, billiards, corn-hole and others.

Our space is set up to sleep 10 adults and 6 children comfortably. The primary bedroom on the 2nd floor has a California King bed, along with its own large bathroom with a walk-in shower that has two shower heads. Separate toilet room has a toilet and urinal. It also has its own sitting area with two oversized recliners and a couch to watch tv/movies. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and ladder access to a sleeping loft where 4 sleeping bags lay atop a memory foam mattress that lines the floor. Two adults and 4 children could sleep in this room. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed as well as bunk beds with twin mattresses. Two adults and 2 children could sleep in this room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 upstairs share a full bathroom with a tub shower. The 4th bedroom has a full-sized bed with its own television. Two adults could sleep here. The full-sized downstairs bathroom sits next to bedroom 4 and has a tub shower. The last bed is a full-sized pull-out bed and is found in the “sitting room”. Two adults could sleep here.

There is a full kitchen furnished with a refrigerator, freezer, oven with electric range and microwave. In addition, a toaster, Keurig coffee maker and other kitchen accessories can be found including pots, pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, cutting knives, plates, bowls, cups as well as kid friendly dishes.

The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer with available laundry detergent. An ironing board and iron can also be found here.

The main living area has an oversized couch that fronts the south facing windows with spectacular views. The 65” television can be found here and is the family favorite spot to watch a movie.

The home has several games to play inside including billiards, corn hole, oversized Connect Four and board/card games including Monopoly, Yahtzee, Chess, Checkers, Hed Bandz, Scrabble, Exploding Kittens, Uno, Phase 10, Pic Flip, Playing cards and several puzzles. In addition, the tennis/pickle ball court is a wonderful place to play. Access to tennis balls, tennis rackets, pickle ball nets, balls, and rackets are available.

There are two access points to the court. The most accessible is through the sliding glass door in the dining room and down the stairs. Another is out the back door, down the stairs to the side of the house and then down a large ramp.
