Great place to escape unwind and enjoy the surrounding Hocking Hills area. Accommodation ideal for 2 couples in a comfortable well equipped home. We particularly enjoyed the record player and the covered porch.

Absolutely amazing. The house is stunning and the property is beautiful. The covered porch was so pleasant to sit out on and listen to the rain. The hot tub and fire pit was great in the evening. Jamie does an excellent job providing everything you could possibly need or want. We will definitely be back!

Had a fantastic time at Twelve34 House with my significant other. It’s a very impressive property and was incredibly clean. You can tell Jami & Scott put a lot of effort into providing a great experience for guests. I highly recommend utilizing their partners and booking an in cabin massage and getting sourdough pizza dough and cookies from Meg, they were fantastic!

Aw, thank you, Bethany! We get lots of great reviews on our beds - and the views from them! We'll see you again soon ;)
The accomodations were beautiful and ammenties were good. Only issue was location and access to hot tub. You have to go out the front of the house and walk 20 or 30 feet to get to the hot tub which is completely in view of the cabin maybe 50 feet away.

Photos represent the hot tub, showing its proximity to the house, just stepping stones away, with a privacy barrier around the hot tub. As mentioned in the listing, our tiny GloCabin shares parking and an EV charger. Distance from the Twelve34 hot tub to the front of GloCabin is approximately 75 yards, not 50 feet. The cabins are sited for privacy. This review is misleading. You can see from other reviews that previous guests appreciate the privacy.
This house was a great place for two couples to take a getaway. We enjoyed our stay. The property is expansive and it was good to take the hike through the woods.
My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing time staying at this property. The owner was great to communicate with. The property was extremely clean, modern and comfortable. The beds and sheets are some of the best while traveling. Already thinking about our next trip.

The house was amazing i loved all the modern amenities, big deck for grilling and or making a home made pizza in the pizza stove!! Absolutely loved the giant tub and the telescope for checking out stars!! 10/10 highly recommend this BnB
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in the woods. Jami was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the lock on the door, quickly resolved. Thanks!!

So glad you enjoyed your stay! Please return anytime!
Very nice and upscale, enjoyed all available amenities. Would recommend this place.
Only thing we thought that this place could use is a ceiling fan in the back covered deck. Not much air movement back there. Other than that it was an awesome place!
WOW! What a terrific home and the space is amazing. The amenities and special touches throughout the home made us comfortable the moment we walked in the door. The linens were super soft and the peaceful property assured a great night's sleep but waking up to the spectacular view was unsurpassed. Everything was so comfortable and the deck is where we spent the majority of our time. The pictures don't do it justice and we absolutely loved staying in Twelve34. It was the best place for 2 couples to spend a long weekend. Thank you for providing us such a beautiful place to unwind.

Thank you for the wonderful review! Our beds and the view from them are the things most mentioned in our reviews of Twelve34 House! And you are right, photos don't do it justice. We've had a really difficult time capturing the essence of the house!
Jami and Scott have built an amazing home in the woods!! From the onsite hiking trails, hot tub, upscale cooking features, record player and a location close to all that Hocking Hills has to offer!
With the home being only 5min away from Laurelville we were able to make quick trips into town to grab necessities or breakfast in the morning. Hocking Hills was no more than 20 min away for hiking or grabbing an amazing dinner at Kindred Spirits.
It was quiet and peaceful at night. We definitely felt secluded and in our own little word! We enjoyed playing vinyl records at night and I was able to introduce my son to some of the music I grew up listening to. He's now a big fan of Three Dog Night!
We would come back to stay here without hesitation! Great communication and local recommendations from Jami.

Thank you Matt! Glad you two enjoyed your time together!
My family (2 adults, 1 almost 4 yr old) stayed on the property in mid-May. Absolutely gorgeous! We loved the large deck, hot tub, and modern yet cozy design. We took advantage of a few offered add ons including the smorecuterie board, an in cabin massage (for mom), and booked Taylor through CookinGenie to prepare us a wonderful meal. All of these were sent as paid add ons at check in and so, so worth it!
The only improvement I would suggest is the stove. We couldn't figure out why it wouldnt evenly and consistently heat. Even the hired chef was confused why it took over an hour for water to boil? It works, it just takes a long time to cook anything, which we all found a little odd.

Hi Kristy, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay!
We did fix the range but I do wish you would have reached out during your stay to let us know. The note in the guest book unfortunately wasn't discovered until days later, when another guest sent us a message to let us know about the issue and mentioned he'd seen it there.
It's important for guests to let us know via text or a message in the app so we can not only take care of the issue during their stay, but also have it resolved for the incoming guest. Just a little tip to help us all :)
The only hiccup was having little to zero service at the cabin but we found that detail refreshing. When we arrived, our key code wouldn't work because the internet was down but Jami answered on the first thing and quickly fixed the problem from Toledo. The house was so clean and full of new "green" amenities. It is new, modern and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked for a chef! The ONLY thing I might add is a good old fashioned drip coffee pot. It has a Nespresso(with limited pods- and you can't buy those at a store) & a French press pot that only makes 2 cups at a time and we just couldn't get the consistency down, (having not been familiar with a French press). Otherwise it was a perfect location for 2 couples or a few friends with dual primary suites. Close to all the things Hocking Hills has to offer and a great spot to just relax, chef it up at home, listening to albums on their record player and the sounds of nature outdoors. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Michelle, thanks for the great review! Our internet is up an running again (they had finally buried our lines but forgot to reconnect us!) and we’ll add a drip coffee maker to the kitchen supplies.

My husband and I are empty nesters who purchased this property and built the three rentals as an escape for us, our two adult children and our grandchildren. We enjoy sharing our spaces with those who respectfully create their own memories. When you reach out, you're connecting with us, not a management company :)
Why they chose this property
Our property sits in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and has been described by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources as one of "the most beautiful properties in Hocking Hills".
Our rentals are luxury homes designed by us in a stunning forest to create the most pampered getaway.
What makes this property unique
Our 32 acres is parklike and peaceful. Be sure to explore the trail. We were recently chosen as one of the top three places to stay in Ohio.
For the most ideal experience, book 3-5 days. Psst, the cleaning fee is the same no matter how many days you book!
