Steps to the Deschutes, 10 Minute walk to Downtown

You’ve got an awesome view of the Deschutes, the river trail right outside, and downtown just a 10-minute wander away (beer included… well, you have to buy it, but still). Inside, there’s room to spread out, relax, cook if you feel like it, and just enjoy being here and taking in the views!



The Space:

Consider this your easy Bend escape. This second-floor condo has two brand-new queen mattresses (one in the bedroom, and one in the living room for the Murphy bed), all new hardwood floors, cozy rugs, fresh paint, and a new dining setup that makes the whole space feel bright and relaxed.



The bedroom has its own full bathroom, TV, and a locking door for privacy—kind of like a one-bedroom apartment with bonus space. In the living area, the Murphy bed is comfy and the kitchen has everything you need if you feel like cooking… or just grabbing leftovers before heading out for another local beer.



Kick back with the Smart TV, sip something cold while staring at the Deschutes River, or wander out to explore Bend’s breweries, trails, and gorgeous scenery. You’ll also have access to the indoor heated pool and hot tub from 9 AM to 10 PM if you need a little extra unwinding. Especially handy after those long days at the mountain!



Please note: this unit is not pet-friendly. Any violation will result in a $250 fee charged to the guest’s card.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit with NO elevator on property.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
