The private beach is only frequented by members of the neighborhood, so guests won't have to worry about access passes—you can enjoy plenty of clamming, kayaking, and watching sunsets during your stay. After a day of sandcastles, kayaking, and body surfing, gather in the living room to unwind with friends and family. Lounge on the sectional while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen features plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the kitchen gadgets needed to whip up tasty meals and beach snacks. Dine together in the light-filled dining room where the long wooden table seats six comfortably. Each bedroom is uniquely outfitted with your comfort in mind. There is even a loft with beds as a fun additional sleeping space. Step out onto the deck for some fresh air in the morning or to utilize the grill around dinnertime. There’s plenty of eating, so be sure to take advantage of your opportunity for a picnic with a view.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
