- There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. The cost for this cottage is $56/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation.
-Vacation Cancellation Protection- Allows cancellation for any reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies refunded ($100 fee applies at booking)

Perfect for one or two couples or up to a family of five, this cottage has a living room with flat screen HDTV/Blue Ray, wood burning stove, dining area for five, internet service, fully equipped and newly renovated stainless kitchen, granite countertops, and Italian gas stove! A downstairs guest room with bunk bed (a double on the bottom and single on the top), and a bath with a shower only complete the main level. The private loft master bedroom offers a queen bed and half bath. All rooms offer Flat screen TVs throughout. The front porch has a swing with inviting Adirondack chairs for relaxation.

It is just a short stroll to the beach, tennis, and markets. Creole was designed by Scott Merill, who is also known for the Seaside Honeymoon Cottages and the Seaside Chapel.

The Creole cottage was just as pictured, but pictures couldn’t do justice for the cozy charm we felt in the house and amazing location. Perfect little house for a family of 4 to relax and enjoy Seaside!

The location was nice and within walking distance to the beach. It felt much smaller than it looked in pictures. The Internet and phone service was very unpredictable and spotty at best. There were many places in the unit where I had no phone service at all. This created unnecessary anxiety, knowing I couldn’t get a hold of other others in my group. The unit next-door was under construction, so having to listen to that from early in the morning until dark, took away from the atmosphere for sure.

The home under construction is almost finished (as of April 2026) and should only be interior work remaining which is less noisy. Apologies for that inconvenience during your stay! Cell phone service, especially with the tin roofs of Seaside homes, can affect the quality of the cell service/wifi on occasion, but usually this only occurs during high volume times when a lot of phones are in the area and is dependent on your cell service provider. Despite this, we are glad you enjoyed your stay!

The cottage was adorable, just like in the pictures, it's so close to the beach and downtown we couldn't have picked a better location. Sandpiper was great on check in! We will stay there again!

Easy Breezy!

We love the proximity of the Creole cottage! The swing on the porch is my favorite way to start my day - birds chirping and wafts of sweet jasmine in the air. The beds are so comfortable and during the day the interior is full of natural light, which was so lovely!

Perfect escape

Great place for a quiet get-away. Kitchen was well stocked for those who like to cook (such as us). One suggestion, a single coffee pack would be good for those (such as us) who arrived very late and too tired for a grocery run that night. Property manager was great!

A little piece of heaven

We loved our stay in Seaside at Creole Cottage. The neighborhood location was perfect. All amenities are within walking or biking distance. The Savannah Pavilion to the beach was convenient and beautiful. The home itself is well equipped and easily slept two adults and two kids. We cooked most meals at home in the kitchen or on the charcoal grill out back. We will be back and look to rent this home again.

Lovely cottage!

The cottage was so cute and clean. The management company was very responsive. The washer and dryer did not work well; the washer left marks on some of our clothing and sometimes would just stop before spinning. The dryer did not dry our clothes well at all; we tried to dry one pair of jeans five times and they were still wet. So use a laundromat if you stay here. Otherwise it was perfect!! Highly recommend.

Great location; home needs updates and some TLC

This house is in an excellent location close to a playground, pools, workout facility and town center. It is a short walk to the beach. Kitchen is small but has a great gas range and stove. The house is small but enough room for a small family, but it needs some updating and some TLC. The house feels a bit worn and there were some easy things that were missed: no soap in upstairs bathroom, very spotty WiFi and cable, small ants in back bedroom, no water dispenser on fridge or water filter, and incorrect info in the welcome binder. There were also some odd maintenance notes around the house that made us feel a bit unwelcome. Other small things like the need for some good landscaping/weed pulling around the property that would have made the front porch experience better. Overall, our family had fun and we were comfortable but with a little more work and attention the house could be awesome.

I thank you for your observations. We are here now after being gone for over a year during COVID, and the yard is being cleaned up after too long. The house is getting the tender care we usually give it. A beautiful stainless steel refrigerator with French doors will be installed in the next few weeks and a general cleaning and repair is under way. I hope you will return to see how we usually keep our beloved Creole as one of the most desirable little cottages in the most desirable location of Seaside!

Nice as usual and beautiful. Recommendations to think about- shower slippery and we had to purchase bath mat for safety. Dishes needed to be washed before we used them.

Great Beach week!

We really enjoyed our beach stay @ Creole. The residence was more than adequate for the 2 of us. Location was great - easy walk to the beach & town (shops/restaurants). Property was clean w/a newer kitchen. Suggestions: primary bath could use some of updating, hardwood floors could use refinishing.

Loved this house!! Perfect for a family of 3, one being a teenager who can have his own space. The house is so pretty, and the kitchen is well stocked. Love the location.

This was a quaint property and we enjoyed the stay. However the sheets on the double bed had a blood stain. The comforter and pillow shams were very outdated and used. They need to buy new comforter and especially pillow shams. The kitchen table chairs need to be cleaned thoroughly.
