Our inviting three-bedroom condo is a short drive from beautiful Weirs Beach, making it the ideal home base for your summer adventures around Lake Winnipesaukee and Laconia.

Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen ready for cooking your favorite meals, whether dining in or planning a picnic by the lake. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.
Main Bedroom: Spacious queen bed with attached bath for privacy.
Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds, perfect for family or friends.
Second Guest Bedroom: Cozy bunk bed setup for kids or extra guests.
Living Area: Comfortable sleeper sofa to accommodate additional sleepers.
We provide free Wi-Fi, linens, and bath towels for your stay.
Laundry & Amenities
On-site laundry facilities are available for your use. Machines operate with a laundry card that can be purchased on-site using dollar bills only—please plan accordingly.

Coolvacay is new to Lake Winnipesaukee in 2022. The location of Village of Winnipesaukee is a great value for vacationers. Only blocks from Weirs Beach along Lake Winnipesaukee. Winter and summer activities to be enjoyed by all!
