🔹Close to JBLM (~15 min drive time to all gates). Walking distance to Pacific Lutheran University, Starbucks, grocery, chic restaurants, etc. Quick I-5 access

🔹 We are pet-friendly; however, we do have a pet fee of $20 per pet per night if you want to bring your furry friend to our place. The payment request for this fee will be sent **after** the booking confirmation.

For middle/long-term bookings, the daily pet fee will not be applied. We are happy to offer a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $399, which will be requested after booking confirmation. If you have more than one pet, an additional $100 will be charged per pet after the first.

After checkout, our cleaner will inspect the space for any damage, droppings, or other pet-related incidents. In the event of an accident or damage to our property, an additional fee will be charged. Please report any accidents prior to checking out.

Please note that pets must not create a nuisance for other tenants in the building. If your dog tends to bark excessively, unfortunately, our place may not be suitable for them. We have a designated green area in the back of the space for your pet's private bathroom needs. Please collect and dispose of all droppings. Please keep pets off the furniture to avoid any extra charges.

🔹3 bedrooms/1 bath, with a private enclosed patio and private fully fenced in backyard in a single level duplex building. It is completely independent of the adjacent duplex unit, affording you both privacy and a quiet space.

Amenities to list a few: fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, private covered patio, private fully fenced in backyard, all bedrooms with closet, four beds, living room with SUPER comfy couch (can sleep two), 65” smart television, 40” smart television in the king sized bedroom, free parking, free wifi, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, free washer and dryer in unit, heating, storage, and more.

Lots of room to sleep and comfortable stay

We were happy with the house while staying the weekend for a volleyball tournament. We were able to get early access and that was very helpful. It was so nice to bring our dogs and have a house my teen could do homework at while we were in and out through the weekend. The house is along side a busy street but there are white noise machines in every room which helped mitigate that.

Great communication with host. Well stocked kitchen - we travelled with a big family and had to cook at the home most nights, had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, pillows. Nice big towels, plenty of them. Loved having washer and dryer available! House is older, but well kept and clean. Location is on a corner of busy street, noticed the sound of cars inside the home, but never bothered me once I was asleep. Really enjoyed the private back patio/yard. No central A/C - there were some fans and two room AC units, pretty noisy, but helped cool down there bedroom. We managed with just the one bathroom - it really wasn’t an issue for us, even though my kids are used to having at least 2 1/2 bathrooms.

Beautiful Property and close to shops and restaurants!

This property was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is perfectly placed close to restaurants and shops. The layout and amenities make this place feel like home. So cozy and comfy. Would definitely recommend staying here. Property manager is very friendly and accommodating. Overall great experience!
