The building also includes beach access, tennis, pickle ball courts, fitness room, covered parking & social room. This two-bedroom, two full bath elegant condo has Italian Quarry tile throughout. The open kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This condo is in Marco's premier South Beach location and is close to the best restaurant's, shops, ice cream spots, miniature golf and movie theater. the unit is also equipped with 3 flat screen TV's-cable service & Wifi Lease application must be submitted 30 days in advance of rental

Great place on beach at Marco Island!

The unit exceeded our expectations! Excellent view of the beach, beautiful furnishings inside unit, good fitness center, great pool, and easy access to beach! Great communication with owner. Everything you could want for a vacation. God willing, we hope to stay there again in the future.

Everything you need and a beautiful beach!

This updated, well maintained unit was exactly like the photos. Covered parking, steps to the beach, immaculate common areas. Unit had everything we needed for our 6+ week stay. The unit owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. We highly recommend this unit!

Sunset heaven

The property is first class. Everything from the lobby to the glass elevator, to the social room is beautiful. The condo is great. The pool is warm and the landscaping is beautiful. There is pickleball, linedance lessons, social night, excercise classes, and tennis all on site. The people were very nice and I made some fun new friends. I enjoyed the the stay and would recomend it to anyone.

Great Location

The unit was the perfect size for 2 people. Great location south of Winterberry Dr (which we always considered the quieter end of the island) and far enough away from public beach access points so the condo’s beachfront was relatively uncrowded. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essential cookware, dinnerware and utensils. The owner, Mike, was readily available to address any questions or concerns. Pool area did get a little noisy during periods of spring break but was not an issue otherwise. Beach chairs and umbrella were high quality.
