TOADHAUS is a modern studio suite inside the Athens loop. NO CLEANING FEE ! In SAFE and quiet residential neighborhood ( 4 miles from downtown ) with your own private entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit . We allow dogs but you must add to reservations there is a pet fee
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We LOVED staying in the Toadhaus! It was the perfect space for us and we will absolutely be back again in the future! The pictures and description are perfect and we had everything we needed. The place was super clean, the bed was comfy, and wifi was fast. We are so glad we found this gem!

Pictures do not do this property justice. It was super clean and the hosts seemed to have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Communication was easy and the host was very responsive. There was a guide for everything from how to unlock the door to local restaurants and must-see areas. It was a perfect stay!

We fell in love with Athens over the years and finally moved down from Upstate NY. We absolutely love everything about this city and are happy to provide a peaceful studio for other travelers coming through town.
