Welcome to our Catskills Oasis home. Whether you`re strapping into your skis from the patio for a true ski-in/ski-out experience, or simply soaking in the peaceful energy of the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains, you’ll be taken care of from booking to checkout.

Our newly renovated 1-bedroom home features a comfortable bed with hotel sheets (read the reviews about the mattress), a queen pull-out couch, and an additional rollaway bed stored in the master bedroom closet. The bathroom includes a shower and hotel-quality towels and linens. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and high-speed WiFi (500 MB) throughout—ideal for remote work.

The open-concept layout includes a living room, dining area, and kitchen that’s both stylish and comfortable. We’ve stocked it with all the cookware, utensils, and spices you need. TVs in the living room and bedroom come equipped with Roku and access to Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, and more.

Step outside to your private patio with seating, a BBQ grill a short drive away, and front-row views of Hunter Mountain—perfect for stargazing or grilling after a day of adventure. We also include a picnic basket with a blanket, tent, and fishing gear so you can explore nearby lakes and nature spots.

Walk down to the Kaaterskill Club & Spa, or take a 10-minute stroll to Dolan’s Lake, which has a beach, lifeguard, and summer fishing. Hikes such as the renown Kaaterskill Falls and Devil`s Path and North South Lake trails are at your fingertips. Restaurants, bars, and concert venues are all within 15 minutes, and we’re happy to share our favorite local recommendations!

Guest access via smart lock. Code is provided day-of. Ring camera at front door. Free parking for up to two vehicles (parking pass required). Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Hunter Mountain is your backyard!
Dogs are sometimes allowed (and welcome as long as they are potty trained), but an extra security deposit of $500 will be requested a week before check in. There will be an extra cleaning fee of $75 upon checkout as well (which we will just take out of your deposit).

Loved the ski on ski off! Host was responsive throughout. Absolutely great spot for a couple looking to do a ski trip together. Only downside is being the bottom level unit you can hear the upstairs unit’s residents if they are rowdy. Still, would definitely consider staying here again!

Fantastic stay. True ski in and ski out from the porch which made the entire trip effortless. We skied out in the morning, came back for lunch, and ended our day skiing back to the door.The home fits four comfortably, has all the basic kitchen items you need, and the showers were great. The host was very responsive and had excellent local recommendations. We would return without hesitation. Thank you.

Incredible place- a stone’s throw- from the true ‘ski in-ski out’- and I have been to Colorado, Mount Snow, Vt.- where you still have to schlep across a Parking lot- to a lame slow green button trail leading to a lift - NOT THIS PLACE. You get on the ‘Briar Patch ‘ trail- to a lift that takes you to a better lift Blue square- and sail upon the breeze- to a really great Ski experience - Hunter Mountain. In addition- you get MAXIM the host- as in- Maximum Communication- Maximum effort- and a nice clean room- big soft bed - amenities fighting well above its price class ( most rooms are TWICE the price- and not ski in/ski out- I saw a few lugging their gear) to get to the same slope I sauntered to with my ski stuff….HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Comfortable, stylish weekend away in Catskills

This gem of a place is a perfect place to spend a weekend away from the city to either explore the beautiful surrounding areas or get away and do some studying (which my partner did). I love that it was dog friendly, and the bed was very comfortable, as was the shower after a long day hiking. Plenty to do in the area and you’re located right on the mountain. Can’t wait to go back!

The condo was extremely inviting and a beautiful residence! You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the region and was extremely accommodating with local guidance and recommendations. We look forward to returning when there’s deeper snow so we can enjoy the slopes that are just outside the door!

Great location on the mountain

We were minutes from the base lodge the slopes are visible just feet from the place. Beautiful location in winter and we expect it would be great in summer as well. We think we will be back. Host was very amenable to our needs and response was very fast for inquiries. Overall great experience, recommend.

Had a great stay!

My partner, dog and I had a great stay! The place is well furnished and so cozy. The bed was SOO comfortable! We loved coming back from hikes with the dog (a number of them were super close) and sitting on the patio just looking up at the mountains. Even though it’s in a complex, it felt very secluded and quiet. We’ll be back!

It was a short three hr ride. Check in was great the house was impeccably clean and close to everything especially a beautiful creek we went to every day. I would definitely go back. Also for the winter it is ski in ski out. The bed was also a king and very comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Quick ski trip

The condo was lovely, exactly as advertised. I took two of my teens on a two day ski trip and we had a great time. The only complaint I have, and this is beyond the owner's control, is that the upstairs neighbors were stomping and running around throughout the night, until 5am when I had to find a broom and bang on the ceiling to 'ask' them to stop. Thankful to have found the broom, shouldn't have waited till 5am to use it ;)
