Very desirable Sarasota location few minutes to Siesta Beach, shopping and restaurants. Fully furnished and equipped cozy and comfortable house. Large size screened porch for outdoor lovers. Tropical foliage with palm trees, very peaceful and private. There is an attached studio (separate entrance and its own lanai) being rented separate or together with the house as an option. It might also be used ny the owner. There is one designated parking spot for the house and another one for the studio.

Nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Lanai was lovely and lots of birds in the fenced back yard. Beaches were close by. We will come back!

Great place for a party of 2-4ppl. Clean home and quite neighborhood in small cal-de-sac/dead end road. Tranquil back yard with large screened in patio. Comfortable beds. All essentials if plan to cook. Would stay again.

Weekend Gate Away

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us (party of 3) we loved the back porch to relax after a long day at the beach. It is in a great location literally 10minutes away from Siesta Key. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of shopping and eating options at a short distance. The house is well kept and really felt so cozy. I would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Sarasota, Siesta Key & Sunshine

The house was exceptional, a perfect amount of space, beautiful bathrooms and very comfortable. The house is so conveniently located and I went to EOS down the street for the week. We were able to get everywhere we wanted easily and it was just really really relaxing and the perfect pace. The lanai was fantastic to sit in the afternoon and enjoy a cocktail.

Pleasant place

This house is in a great central Sarasota area. The street is a dead end so there is no traffic to listen to. Kitchen has many pots, pans and other necessities. The lower mark for cleanliness was only because of a glitch and I was told by the owner that it has been taken care of. It wasn't too bad at all. The yard was very nice, too. You will share the house with another tenant in a smaller part of the house but it's so quiet, you would even know it. We would definitely stay there again.

Full house on cul-de-sac

This is a typical Florida home with a small apartment on the side of the property for separate rental. There is a screened in deck outside with a small yard backing up to 2 neighbors. The area is quiet and low traffic. There is shopping within 5 min. drive. The garbage disposal does not work properly and should be replaced.

Thank you for staying at our property in Sarasota. We bought a new garbage disposal the same day you left and hired a plumber to install it. However, it turned out it was not the garbage disposal issue. The pipe under the sink was plugged and fixed the same day. There was also a leak under the sink caused by the lack of drainage. I really wish we were notified about this issue during your stay. We do not have an awareness of issues and needed repairs unless notified by the current staying guest, especially a longer term ones. The communication is of the highest importance because we always take care of needed repairs immediately. I an sorry this issue effected your experience and also your rating. It could had been handled immediately when discovered.

Would not stay again !

The property was outdated and not very clean. We were unaware of the attached studio with other guests, and the shared driveway made accessibility difficult. The shower water was lukewarm, and the TV had limited channels. For the price, a hotel would have been a better value.”

Hi Sheila, we met you at the house and you have not mentioned the house not being cleaned to your standards. As a matter of fact you sounded very friendly and happy. Could you please private message me and let me know what exactly was not clean? We just had the house pressured washed including all walk ways and the screened porch. Exterior furniture cushions were washed. We have been working really hard on cleaning up an entre yard after the last hurricane. We take the cleanness very seriously. The house was just deep cleaned, all windows and doors washed, floor tile and the grout scrubbed, all high areas and door frames dusted, new sheets and blankets on your beds. New appliances. Your detailed feedback is very important. Please give me a call and give me more exact details.
