Freshly Renovated Pool Home - Close to Crystal River

Ranch style pool home with circular driveway and fenced yard. This home has just been remodeled with new kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, new flooring and fixtures. It has a huge caged, salt water pool (NOT HEATED) for those hot summer days. Lounge chairs for sunning and pool towels provided. Covered lanai area for outdoor dining with BBQ grill. The home has a semi open layout with living room, kitchen, family room for additional sleeping space. It has a large master bedroom with a walk in shower and closet. Great outdoor space with a fenced yard for your children or pets. Very close proximity to shopping and dining and a short ten minute trip to Crystal River for some fishing, boating and manatee adventures! Some pets allowed, pet fee required ($75/ week or $200/mo per pet). The home is equipped with exterior cameras, please do not disconnect this system during your stay.

We had a wonderful time at your house. The house had plenty of room and very clean, and the best part is that it was only a couple of streets away from my family!

We were mostly here to sleep between golf rounds so it worked well being close to Black Diamond. It’s an older house in a neighborhood that seems a bit run down but we had no issues. Clean house and everything worked. We never went out back or used the pool so can’t attest to any of that.

Great House and Location

Made a great home base of exploring the area. House is well-appointed, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The owner communicates excellently and is prompt to respond with any questions. We would love to stay again in the future.

The pits

When you use the term “freshly renovated “ that should mean the entire house not just part of the kitchen. The house outside should be appealing. All we saw were old chairs with cobwebs under them ! Upon entering the home I see furniture that my grandmother had!!! We put bed sheets on the couch we were afraid to sit on them! The bed pillows were flat like pancakes! I tried to close curtains but they were too short??? I took shower in the master and almost killed myself. There was NO shower bar or rail or anything to hold on to ! The lanai enclosure was dirty old and run down. The screens and fan were black. There was also no working lights by the pool. The pool furniture was ancient and falling apart. The reason for the trip was for our daughter’s wedding ! There was no iron to freshen up our clothes. I did find an a d dirty ironing board in the Gararge. No lights in the Gararge . The kitchen utensils looked like dollar store items and cracked . Could not find many utensils. The toaster did not work and the bbq grill was full of grease. I could go on @ on! This was a horrible stay. I wrote to the owner but no response! Other than the wedding this was a horrible trip!

Home away from home.

This home is warm and cozy! We spent Thanksgiving with family that live locally. Lots of space. Loved the pool, plenty of pool towels and floats. Plenty of bath towels, Shampoo /Conditioner and body wash. Beds are comfy. Neighbors are friendly. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Donna host is readily available. Highly recommend! We plan on staying again in the future!

Great getaway

Traveled with my adult children, husband and three dogs. Donna’s house was perfect for us! The pool was awesome! We found out one of our dogs loves to swim and would constantly jump in if we were swimming. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The neighbors were nice as well. Only complaint would be the thermostat is not allowed to go below 70. Being in Florida and post menopausal, i still run hot all the time. It would have been nice to have a cold house. Definitely would still recommend to stay here.

Fabulous vacation home

The home is very nice and has absolutrly everything you need. The pool is absolutely amazing & the enclosure keeps the bugaboos away. The home is in close proximity to every adventure in the area, the beach, Crystal & Rainbow river, swimming with manatee. The property manager met all our needs promptly. We had a wonderful time & will definitely reserve this perfect home again.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is a newly renovated home with a private pool (was the first home I lived in when I relocated to FL), it has a great floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, private garage for your bicycles (if you want to bring them), fenced yard. It is a 3 minute drive to Winn Dixie or Publix and local restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive to the Crystal River and Gulf of Mexico where you can go fishing, boating, swim with the manatees, etc.
