• Master Bedroom: King bed + private en-suite bathroom

• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds (great for kids or friends)
• Large family room with 70" smart TV and plenty of cozy seating
Fully Stocked Kitchen & Home Conveniences Cook up fresh seafood boils or quick breakfasts in the modern kitchen complete with coffee maker, blender, toaster, spices, pots/pans, and everything you need. Enjoy meals at the dining table, then relax with laundry done in the in-house washer/dryer (detergent provided).
One-car garage for extra indoor space.

I was born and raised in Florida, but I also spent about 15 years up north, which gave me a great appreciation for different places and people. I love the outdoors and enjoy spending time outside whenever I can. Helping others has always been important to me, and that’s one of the reasons I enjoy being a host—making people feel safe, welcome, and at home means a lot to me.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very peaceful, making it a great place to relax. I enjoy how convenient everything is—there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and everyday essentials nearby. Access to major roads is quick and easy, which makes getting around town simple while still enjoying a calm, comfortable environment.

What truly makes this property stand out is the beautiful private backyard. It’s very spacious and surrounded by mature trees, including fruit trees and flowering bushes, which create a secluded, peaceful atmosphere away from everything else. There’s so much nature to enjoy right in the yard, and the firepit makes it an especially great place to relax and unwind. Another big plus is that there are no bugs or no-see-ums, which can be a real nuisance for properties closer to the water—making outdoor time here even more enjoyable.
