This condo is beautiful,with large balcony with rocking chairs are perfect. We love the comfortable side by side electric recliners .Very Clean ,safe , well appointed kitchen,the bed is comfortable! The view is amazing, very close to huge pool and to beach. The provided beach chairs and umbrella was great ,just give beach service your room number. Plenty of beachtoys,Floats,sandtoys, boogie boards. Zach ,our host was excellent. We have stayed here many times. Enjoy the best place in Navarre

Great condo, fabulous views

This unit was great. So cozy and a perfect beach getaway. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed watching the beach and pier from the room. The layout was perfect and I felt like this condo was a good size, nothing felt small or crowded. The beach was gorgeous and the pool oversized. We hope to stay here again! Zach was great and very communicative! Be sure to pack things like shampoo, couple extra trash bags, couple of dishwasher pods, etc.

Loved our time!!

This was our 4th time to stay in Beach Colony West, and as always, it was wonderful! Floor 10 is just perfect, you get an amazing view! We absolutely loved the telescope, this was the first condo weve stayed in that had one, and we thoroughly enjoyed looking at the full Strawberry moon that happened while we were there! Our kids even located us with it while we were walking the pier! Super fun. The brown leather reclining chairs were incredibly comfortable and everything was incredibly clean. Would stay again!

Family Girls Trip

The owner was NOT an easy person to deal with for someone who runs a VRBO! We have stayed at many and he by far was the rudest one we have ever dealt with!! He told us that we weren’t staying at the Marriott and that our expectations for a condo rental were too high! All because we had contacted him on the first day of our stay asking if the TP was located somewhere else in the house because we couldn’t find it, we had a house full of women and only 1 roll in the bathrooms even thou it’s listed on his amenities list that it is provided along with soaps and paper towels. Which there was ZERO dishsoap, one trash bag ,1 roll of paper towels and not even 1/4 of hand soap in each bathroom. He would text us telling us he would contact the house keeper and she would deliver it. So we waited and everyday basically the same answer from him. If he would have told us from day one to get our own we would gotten it ourselves but he kept telling us she was bringing it. It was 2 days later and we reached out again and it finally arrived but he wasn’t nice about it. Also on this trip we were questioned several times during our stay if we were parking incorrectly or had guests parking incorrectly or if we had been smoking marijuana because someone on the 10th floor was which neither were true of us! He just kept saying how he’s been nothing but accommodating but by accommodating, he means texting and calling but never really taking care of the issue! We would NOT stay here again!

From start to finish this trip was amazing. Zach as a host was available, kind and helpful. Our condo 10B was clean as was the rest of the grounds (including the pool). We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and can't wait to rebook!Thanks for having our family!

Great first time visit to Navarre Beach!

The view from this place is amazing! Loved watching the sunrise over the island, causeway, pier, and beach. Many mornings were spent in a sunny spot on the balcony.We also loved the brown leather recliners in the living room where we spent many evenings - so comfy! When I contacted Zach about a couple of minor things, he was very responsive and helpful.While there are a couple of little things we would upgrade (better window coverings in the second bedroom to block the outside lights would be the main thing), overall we truly enjoyed our stay!
