Condominio frente al mar, 3 Bd + cama convertible (3 baños) (para 8)

Esta es una unidad recientemente renovada y profesionalmente diseñada en el décimo piso con un gran patio con vista a la hermosa costa esmeralda. Limpieza profesional antes de cada estancia.

Madera como porcelanato en la sala de estar, cocina, pasillos y baños y alfombra nueva en todas las habitaciones. Nuevas obras de arte en todo. Refrigerador de acero inoxidable y máquina de hielo debajo del mostrador.

También se agregaron recientemente 4 televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones y sala de estar.

Unidad con calificación premium con muchas mejoras y es mucho mejor que la mayoría de las primas en los edificios más antiguos.

Encimeras de granito y barra de bar con gabinetes actualizados con techos de 10 pies.

Cocina completamente equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocina. Mesa de cocina de cristal (4 sillas) y 3 taburetes.

3 baños muy grandes con bañera de jardín y ducha de travertino en baño principal.

Todas las habitaciones tienen un balcón con magníficas vistas a la playa de Navarra.

3 habitaciones con 1 cama king (colchón híbrido nuevo), 1 queen (Serta) y 2 colchones dobles y un sofá cama ideal para niños.

El área del dormitorio principal es lo suficientemente grande como para que un pequeño duerma.

Balcón exterior muy grande frente a la playa con mesa y 4 sillas y mesa de bar con 2 sillas, incluida una tumbona.

Excellent stay. Condo was nice. Only problem was issues with locking the entrance door. I contacted the owner, had a very quick response, and he provided excellent assistance.

We had the best time and the condo was perfect! We loved that each room had a balcony and its own bathroom! The view was stunning and the beach was perfection. There was no problems setting up our own tent on the beach, we’ve run into that before and no problems here! The hosts were quick to respond and so kind, we will most definitely be back!

Beach 2025

The condo is very pretty and nice. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are great. Balcony and Beach chairs a plus. Owners were great to work with. Would definitely recommend!! We will be back for sure!

Great vacation

Great stay with our family, loved how close the beach access was. The pool was nice and the overall grounds were very nice. The most well supplied kitchen we have ever had, we really appreciated all it had to offer. Loved the ice maker, great addition. Great layout in the condo! Also appreciated the chairs and umbrella provided for us….overall, 10/10.

Fun Getaway

Our overall stay was great and the room was fabulous! We love Navarre and Beach Colony Resort. As others have said the stove top is slow to heat but that didn’t keep us from cooking!

This is my second year staying at this condo. It is beautiful, spacious and I appreciate the little touches the owners give, such as leaving two laundry pods in the washroom for our stay.

Good property

Very nice property. Clean. Oven runs super hot at the bottom, be careful! The stove top is super slow to heat. Ice maker is a wonderful addition. The sliding glass door from the living room needs to be repaired, it takes a Herculean effort to open. Bedroom door is much easier to open. It’s a very spacious unit, especially the master bedroom. Laundry room is nice to have. One issue we had was the WiFi being out for over 24 hours. In this new world of telework, we needed WiFi as we were “on the clock”. Owner sent me a number of a person to call. I called and left a message but the call was never returned. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Nice but a few things need addressed.

We enjoyed our stay in Navarre. Pros: condo layout, views, beautiful beach and water, pool CONS: main door to the balcony is really hard to get closed. Condo needs a deep cleaning. Dust on the fans lamp. Overall a good experience.

Fantastic

Very nice place we enjoyed our stay and Navarre was great. This is the first time we have been here usually go to Pensacola Beach. The condo was perfect for our needs and the condo property was very nice also. We will be returning.

Not as nice as hoped, but still a nice place.

What was great….Right on a beautiful beach. Close proximity to shopping, medical and recreation. What was not so great. Some of the furnishings were showing signs of wear. The range top did not heat well. Took 30 minutes to boil a pot of water. Not a great selection of cookwater but lots of older cookware. There were 2 elevators, but was was out of order a couple of times. Premium price for a condo that needs refreshing, update cookware and a coat of paint.

Condo experience

Overall, we had a fun time. We appreciated having three bedrooms and three bathrooms for seven women. We were near the elevator for an easy walk. The lounge chair on the patio was broken and the rest of the patio furniture looked weathered and old. The stove was very slow to boil water. The showers were good. It took us quite a while to figure out how to use the code on the door to get in and out. We succeeded on the last day for sure. That’s how it usually works.

We stayed with our 4 kids ages 9 to 16 and everyone enjoyed this trip very much. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Check-in was super easy. Keypad was convenient so didn't have to worry about keeping track of a key on the beach. Kitchen had everything's we needed plus more. Condo was clean but due for a deep clean of baseboards, corners, and wiping down of doors. Beds were comfortable. Beach was amazing! We enjoyed the snorkeling area which is approx 1 mile away and saw fish, sting-ray, and sea turtle snorkeling. Saw lots of turtles and dolphins on the pier. Found crabs on beach at night. Beach is very crowded during the day but starts to clear late afternoon. Ocean water was very clean. We were concerned that we may have to spend lots of time waiting on elevator since we were on 10th floor but that was never an issue. We have already considered booking a return stay.

Dream condo

This condo was beautiful and spacious; it’s probably my favorite of the many places we have stayed all over the Panhandle. Kitchen was well stocked and had extra nice touches like a large spice rack and a state of the art ice machine. I have stayed at the Beach Colony and it’s a very property with all the master bedrooms having garden tubs overlooking the ocean ( big selling point for me). There is not one negative thing I can say and I kind of hope that these reviews don’t lead to too many bookings because I will be back!

We didn’t want to leave.

We wanted to take a family vacation and at the same time celebrate our daughter’s high school graduation with her choice of where she wanted to go to the beach. We choose Navarre. A beautiful and slower paced family oriented place. This condo is just like a home. We loved it and didn’t want to leave the beach or house. Breath taking views. Th home is beautiful.
