Jolene & Jim purchased this condo in 2010

Why Jolene & Jim chose Front Range

Jolene's dream was to have a vacation property in Estes Park. We live just a little over an hour from Estes, We love to hike, golf, bike, participate in the Estes Park festivities and relax on the deck taking in the beauty and nature that surrounds us. Jim's favorite vacation is near the beach so we do travel to Sanibel or Hilton Head once a year to satisfy his need for the hot weather and beach.

What makes this condo unique

The views are magnificent. Easy access to hiking and climbing trails. We are far enough from downtown Estes area that you'll feel secluded but with an easy 1 mile walk you can be downtown to immerse yourself in the latest festivals, tours, events, golfing and enjoying the great outdoors.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Thanks for inquiring. We did enjoy your condo very much. It was well equipped and nicely furnished and it was nice to know that the ice cubes were fresh. Your guest information book was great, explaining how everything worked and your basket with maps and local information did help us out. Being former resort condo owners ourselves (Copper Mountain) we can't think of anything else that you really need to furnish. We will recommend it to any friends that are going to Estes. Your pre-registration information sheets were very precise and thorough.

Thanks for your great hospitality.

Rocky Mountain Views from this great Estes Park 2 bedroom Condo!

VRBO Bear stayed here

Oct 26, 2010

The drive up to Estes Park is one of the best drives in Colorado…and this drive was no different. Walking up the steps to the condo, we could look over our shoulders and see the amazing mountain views and clear blue skies. The view from the deck is magnificent and a perfect place to spend the morning, drinking coffee! The 2 bedrooms were comfortable and were nicely decorated. The bathrooms were fully stocked with plenty of towels. Every amenity was covered, from matches to coffee to plenty of dishware. If I needed something, I could find it! There are menus and tourist recommendations so you can make a choice as to what you want to do. In case you want to check your email, the Wi-fi is really fast and works great! The condo is clean, quiet, comfortable and very accessible. Making my way through town and up the road to the house, I knew that this condo was perfectly located. The historic Stanley Hotel is less than a 2-minute drive away. The condo is close to Safeway and the Estes Park visitor center. Rocky Mountain National Park is about a 5-minute drive to the entrance, where there are many hiking trails to choose from! The trail I hiked was only 20 minutes from the condo. Drink plenty of water, get rest and enjoy your time here. I will be back! The VRBO Bear

Very clean!

Well maintained property. Saw several elk behind the property. Beautiful view from the deck. Close to RMNP and estes. We were there in mid July and could have used a fan in the bedroom but I am sure that is not a problem for the rest of the year. Would definitely recommend.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the review. You could have called us. We have a fan in each of the bedroom closets. The condo stays cool until mid-day. We do know that having a fan at night is helpful, especially to help bring in that cool evening Colorado mountain air. We have updated the listing to highlight fans. Glad you enjoyed yourself.

Awesome View

  • 5 of 5

Loved this condo! Beautiful view from the deck! Great location - close to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and just a few minutes' drive from downtown Estes Park. It was so quiet & peaceful. We saw an elk just a few yards off the end of the deck within the first few minutes we arrived! The condo was super nice - clean, comfortable, well-kept, all the comforts of home! We will definitely stay here again!

Great little condo close to RMNP and Downtown Estes Park!

  • 5 of 5

Great location. It's not quite walking distance to downtown Estes. It's very convenient for access to the north RMNP entrance. There was an elk sitting not 50 yards for our window. Had a great time.
