Welcome to Hale Kai Hideaways, Bungalow D — a gently restored, stand‑alone vacation rental built in 1955. This cozy 2‑bedroom bungalow blends vintage island charm with modern comforts, offering a relaxed and inviting space to unwind. Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and your own private outdoor area. Parking is included, making it easy to come and go as you explore the Kona coast.

Located right on Aliʻi Drive, you’ll be staying in the heart of Kona. Bike to town, stroll to nearby cafés, or simply walk across the street to Turtle Beach, a beloved local spot for watching honu and enjoying sunset. With A/C, fast Wi‑Fi, and thoughtful amenities throughout, you’ll have everything you need for a laid‑back and comfortable stay.

At night, you may hear surfers heading out early to catch waves at Banyans, or bikers training for the Ironman. As the evening settles in, the soft sounds of night creatures and rain on the tin roof create a peaceful, nostalgic island atmosphere.

Delightful accommodation
