Great location, can’t beat it. Unit is old and needs refreshing…furniture old and dirty. Towels were thin and didn’t seem clean.

No ocean view. Very Small and dated. Not clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is no ocean view. Have photos to prove it. Very dingy and dated unit. Air quality is awful as evidenced by dirty vents and marks on ceilings. Only views are of other buildings. Have plenty of photos. Bunk beds are literally at the entry way. Left on third day because of all of this. Would NOT recommend. Tower 7 across the street had great food, though!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit itself is dated but very clean. Excellent proximity to the beach, coffee, and a bite to eat. Wouldn't recommend for light sleepers on weekend nights as bar traffic and noise is quite loud.

The only problem is they need to be more clear on the parking space in the room number. They gave me a four digit code for the room number access but that was not correct. It included a five after the room number.

The place was clean and exactly what we were looking for, however, the lock on the door is AWFUL! We could get in without difficulty, but could not lock the door behind us when leaving. DO NOT bring children to this location. We were awake at ALL hours of the night due to rowdy partiers fighting in the street and screaming profanities as loud as possible up until about 3 am.

Absolutely amazing location, everything within walking distance and beach was great. Ok view from balcony but you can catch a glimpse of the beach and the shenanigans on the street (fun people watching). The sofa needs help tho, it sags like a whale sat in the middle, but overall we had a good time.

Clean and comfortable

The condo was perfect for our needs. We came for a wedding with extra activities and the condo was in a perfect location plus right on the beach! If we had an hour to spare we walked right onto the beach and watched the surfers, kids playing, volleyball and those beautiful waves coming onto the beach. This condo was clean, comfy and had two parking spaces!!

My Vacation

Enjoyed my stay. The condo could use a refresh. Bathtub needs to have some sort of slip mat and maybe a handrail. The dryer might need a new heating element took forever for clothes to dry.

Dirty and underwhelming

Place had dust everywhere , bed had sand in the sheets - clearly not changed - floors were dirty, shower had dirt in it too. Check in instructions not sent , had to call every number under the sun and do my own research to find someone to give me instructions well after check in. No shampoo, conditioner , dishwasher soap, or detergent and only half a roll of toilet paper. Toilet stopped working and no plunger available. Overall gross and lacking basics for an easy weekend stay. The whole point of rentals like this is to stay at a home away from home and not worry about basic needs for quick travel. This place was not that. Just so underwhelming for the cost and no consideration for my stay-I never heard back from anyone afterwards. I didn’t eventually get a hold of someone on a completely different number than instructed by VRBO. Never complained on any app before but I actually should request some kind of refund for how bad it was.
