These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, resort pool, Children’s splash zone / pad areas pool slides, playgrounds and a gym as well as much more!
This brand-new home is (May 2022) a short 2 minute drive from the main resort facilities but coming early in 2023 (possibly sooner!) is a second resort area with Pirate Ship Water Park Area – all included in your stay with Shine Villas!
The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily those under 25 or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome!
This home away from home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stone counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The large open floor concept allows everyone to be together while cooking, watching TV, dropping into the games area or loft space or dipping in and out of the private pool and spa.
There are two living room areas. The first living room, the main living room, is right next to the kitchen, and it has an leather couch and large, flat screen TV, which is perfect for watching all you favorite movies. If there’s any fighting over the remote, head to the second ‘Cine’ Loft Area upstairs. Here, you’ll find an L-shape sofa, and another large TV. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at one of three places.

Bedroom 6. ‘Pearl’. King Bedroom. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 7. ‘Diamonds’ King Bedroom. Sleeps 2.

Each bedroom has its own smart TV that can be connected to Wifi to use with your own streaming and free streaming services. Cable is available in the main living area with smart TVs and high speed wifi available in all other rooms.
This home has its own private pool and spa / hot tub (heating is available as an optional paid extra) covered outdoor sitting space with outside dining space.
Fully equipped laundry and high speed free wi-fi are also included.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
Optional pool heat is available for $175 for up to 5 days including tax and $35 per day for additional days after this.
Heating can be requested for any length of stay with $175 being the minimum payment (which includes 5 days). We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about grill options on size and pricing for your stay. A grill is not included.

High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable TV, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going on your self-catered trip.

Entrance to Storey Lake is secured by gate and guardhouse.

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:

There are no fees for clubhouse use (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).

Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.



Some common questions answered about Storey Lake Resort!

- Are the pools heated year round?

Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!

- What are the pool hours?

The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.

- What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?

Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.

- Are there activities at the Resort?

Yes and the activities change monthly!

Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?

- Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.

- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?

They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.



- What time does the Clubhouse open/close?

9 am – 9 pm daily.

- What time does the Fitness Center open/close?

5 am – 12 am daily.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.

ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, verify payment method where applicable, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
