About this property

*Oasis Place* NEW Game Room•Heated Pool•Spa

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll never want to leave once you experience this backyard oasis. Newly built heated pool, hot tub, string lights, three fire pits, brand new outdoor kitchen, outdoor space heater for colder weather, comfortable outdoor furniture. And that's just the outside!

This cozy 5-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 10 in 2 queen and 3 king beds and we offer a queen floor mattress as well for guests 11 and 12. We love this house and we think you will too!

The space:
The first queen bedroom is downstairs right next to a full bathroom (no stairs required). The other four bedrooms are located upstairs. There is a bathroom upstairs in the hallway next to the laundry room. The master suite has its own private bathroom with walk-in closet. As well as a TV. The upstairs queen bedroom also has its own TV as well. There are three TVs total in the house, including the 62" TV in the living room.

The TVs in the house are all smart TVs so you'll be able to login to Netflix and your other streaming accounts.

In the upstairs hallway cupboard is where you'll find your pool towels, extra blankets, and the air mattress plus all that you need for guests who will be using the air mattress (sheets, pillows, towels, etc). The air mattress comes with a built in air pump right inside the air mattress.

In the garage is where you’ll find the newly remodeled game room. The driveway can hold about 5-6 cars if you use the side RV/boat gate for parking. Street parking is off limits for vacation rentals in the city of Redding.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need for cooking big meals with your friends and family. We have a Keurig, French press, and drip coffee pot, pots and pans, utensils, grill utensils, rice cooker, crock pot, blender, toaster, hand mixer, and mixing bowls.

Guest access:
This is a private home. You’ll have it all to yourself! You will have access to the entire inside and outside which consists of five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, game room, and the backyard, which includes a pool (heated optional with payment) and hot tub.

Due to the extremely high cost to heat a pool, we do charge an additional $125/night to heat the pool. You can choose to have it heated for as few or as many nights as you would like during your stay.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM - No glass in pool/backyard - Please do not throw rocks or pebbles into the pool - $40 fee for smoking/vaping
Please follow spa rules listed in home. Do not splash water out of spa. If water level drops below filters it could cause spa to burn out.
DO NOT TOUCH the outdoor pool heater or anything in that area with various electrical boxes. $100 fee will be charged for tampering with pool heater.

This location had a lot of plusses. It was in a nice neighborhood and pretty centrally located to stores and restaurants. Not too far from the downtown shopping area with lots of nice eateries. Most importantly, it was not a bad drive to Shasta and the trails to the falls which was the purpose of our trip. The owner was easy to communicate with. We did use the spa once which was nice- hot but nice. There were a couple of things that could have been better. The silverware was just enough for the group of 9, so we were frequently washing it by hand. The knives were pretty dull and did not cut well. Lastly, the water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms was not great- especially in the upstairs guest bathroom. The house was clean though, and the game room was fun for the kids and guys. Happy with our choice of homes in Redding to stay in. Thank you for hosting.

A good and comfortable stay

The house is in a good and somewhat quiet neighborhood so if one’s plan is to have fun all night in the pool, this might not be a good fit. My family enjoyed it and shut down every night at 10.

Great location close to Mt.Shasta, Lassen volcanic national Park & Burney falls.House has a game room with so many fun things for kids. Wonderful place in Redding...perfect for Mount Shasta getaway

Wonderful place in Redding, the place really looks like a paradise getaway. Great pool and strong AC for this very hot weather. The place is only an hour away from the Mount Shasta area with all it's waterfalls. Close to Lassen National park too. Will come back!!!
