Horrible experience
my stay was very disappointing I wanted to enjoy staying at the cabin which was my first time traveling to Broken Bow. The Cabin where I stayed had issues with the fireplace and the AC/Heater Units were not working. I had a very cold nights during my staying. I contacted the maintenance the first night they were able to turned the fire place but only lasted a few hours, the following day we turned on the fireplace it work but it went off at night that is when I contacted the agent and she tried to move us to a new cabin which we had a gas leak. soon as we walked in there was a very awful smell. she said that they just installed a new fire place at that unit. I told her after 30 minutes that I had to go back to our original cabin and we will just have to wear extra clothes and keep warm. our last morning prior to check out there was no water in the unit. I contacted the agent with out a response. I would like to request a refund. I did not had a good experience if that was the case I should stay at home.
