Enjoy staying in this convenient, neat bedroom with your own bathroom on 2nd floor. Within 15 minutes biking trails. 3 minutes to planet fitness. 10 minutes from airport, 3 minutes from Wal-Mart super center and groceries. 1 parking spot is available in driveway. Private bed and bath are on 2nd floor. On 1st floor, enjoy a kitchen, washer, dryer, living room, WiFi & TV with Workspace. Discounted rates being provided at this time due to renovation on door frames. Unit uses a swamp cooler.

Quiet, neat and clean. Must be able to climb stairs to bedroom and bathroom.

Guests will be able to access the entire condo except for the designated bedroom and bathroom of the Hosts.
