Great base camp for exploring the area. We went in knowing the forecast called for light rain, so we wanted a place that could double as a solid “plan B” with two active young kids—and this house absolutely delivered. The three spacious, bright, and clean floors gave our boys plenty of room to run around, and they especially loved the playroom.The fully equipped kitchen was a big plus and easily beats most hotel setups. We brought some food with us, which helped us save on breakfast, snacks, and a few dinners, so we could enjoy eating out for lunch.The home is also located in a community with indoor and outdoor pools and many other amenities, and it’s just a short drive to Bushkill Falls, the Delaware Water Gap, and several great hiking trails.Alisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, especially as we were new to VRBO and staying in a gated community. She answered all of our questions quickly and made everything easy. We would definitely rent here again.

The host/owner of this home could not be more welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. She went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. Unfortunately, the guests before us were very disrespectful of the guest expectations and mistreated and damaged this beautiful home. The host worked with her cleaners and others to address issues and make her home comfortable and clean for us because she knew how much our family was looking forward to this stay. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and positive all while likely concerned about the damage to items in her home. She made us feel like a priority and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The home and community are both lovely, but the host/owner of this home is even lovelier. We would definitely stay here again because of her. I wish guests could get rating scores as well to prevent them from staying in other homes and causing damage and impacting the owner and future guests by their behavior. The owner was so honest, helpful, and communicative before and during our stay. After hearing about the damage, I considered not staying but her commitment to making things right for us was so clear and admirable that I chose to keep the reservation and I’m so glad I did. Our family of three had a blast! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your home!

The home fit our needs nicely! Room for everyone. Beware of all of the steps both inside and outside. We have a partially disabled grandson, so we had some concerns with that. The goodie basket left for us was an added pleasure - granddaughter really enjoyed the goodies! Air conditioning was a bit touchy. First floor was cool, while the downstairs was freezing and the 2nd floor warm. When evening came, the 2nd floor cooled off perfectly! All in all, we were very pleased and I would recommend this home to others.
