Enjoy your summer vacation in this custom Mediterranean style home built by Pansini Custom Design Associates, LLC. Designed with innovation and detail from start to finish.

Treat your friends and loved ones to a vacation of a lifetime in this 2400+/- sq. ft. duplex. Premium location at 6th and Atlantic Avenue, one block walk to beach, boardwalk, amusements and fine dining. This upscale duplex has five bedrooms allowing for 13 people to sleep comfortably; smartly designed with one king, two queens, two twin beds, one bunk bedroom with two bunk beds, which include three singles and a double. Three full bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, living room area, five flat screen TVs with cable, ceramic tiles and hardwood floors in living area, carpet in bedrooms, and wifi access. Outdoor grill in the driveway area. Beach tags also are provided.

Enjoy your afternoon and evenings on a covered balcony with view of the Ferris wheel and attractions for ultimate relaxation and outdoor summer dining.

Onsite garage and driveway parking will allow for three full size cars, plus street parking.

Guests are reminded to make their own arrangements for linens and towels (as is typical in Ocean City), which are available for rental by several vendors.

Great Independence Day Week

We've been coming to Ocean City for many years, and this house is probably the best one. About one block from the beach and easy access to the boardwalk. Also walking distance from the downtown shopping strip. Home was as advertised, and my inlaws and our adult children had a peaceful, relaxing week.

Great family stay

Rental was really nice for entire family. Loved size of covered outdoor deck to fit the whole family. Walking distance to beach and boardwalk was a plus-made it easy for family members to come and go as we wanted. This location is perfect for easy access to beach and center of town and is a residential area. The home is well stocked in kitchen for just about any kind of cooking you want to do. It's clean and fireplace is cozy for cool evenings. The layout of house is great for large family or combos of friends. A few aspects of house are a little shop worn, like some furniture and some of the lighting doesnt work, but all in all the home remains functional and very enjoyable. The lanai is lovely and it's handy to have the garage and another parking space in back. The hosts are very responsive to any questions and urgent repairs (eg toilet running nonstop). Have rented here many times and will do so again. We love it!
